Let yourself be tempted by this sumptuous house in Cannes where you will find everything you need to spend a dream vacation like the movie stars.

To start with, the house offers the perfect location, only 900 meters away from the famous and trendy Rue d’Antibes, so you can enjoy all the city center activities without the stress (and cost) of finding a parking space.

Outside the house, you will find a shaded patio where you can have meals or cocktails, and the heated pool (On request one week before, and only from May to October). All this without any facing neighbor and in a very private street with very low traffic (less than one car per hour).

Inside the house which is built on 3 floors and carefully and lovingly decorated, you will find:

On the main ground level:

A dream living room with sofas, a rattan armchair, TV sets and amazing cushions everywhere.
A fully equipped open-floor kitchen with everything you will need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (“What else?”)
A dining room area opening directly to the terrace to offer a perfect environment to enjoy the indoors/outdoors.

On the top floor:

Two bedrooms with a double bed, storage space and a TV set in each. (And as a bonus, a view over the swimming pool.)
A shower room and toilets to accommodate both bedrooms.
A master bedroom with its private terrace, tons of natural light, a TV set, and a private bathroom with tub and shower, toilets and double sink vanity (no more time spent waiting for the other to finish brushing their teeth).
A dressing room doubling as a laundry room, for everyone in the house.

On the second floor:

A first bedroom with a double bed, a TV set and storage space. This bedroom is oriented to the rear of the house and private access from there is possible.
A second bedroom with a double bed, storage space and a TV set.
A shower room with toilets to accommodate these two bedrooms.

High-speed Internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

In addition to being only within a 15-minute walk from the center of Cannes, the beaches and all the other points of interest in town including the best restaurants, cafés, shops, the Palais des Festivals and of course the famous and trendy Rue d’Antibes, you will be able to easily:

Take a ride to Golfe Juan to discover the beaches and the many salad bars, less than 15 minutes away.
Visit the aquatic park Marineland in Antibes in less than 30 minutes.
Go a little further and enjoy some specialty “socca” or Niçoise salad in Nice and its old town part, 30 to 40 minutes away depending on traffic (Management is not responsible for any traffic clogging highway A8)
Or simply leave the car in your garage and use your imagination while walking around the Cannes city center, but only on the sidewalks on the even-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

Cette villa est un cocon où nous nous sommes retrouvés en tribu sur 3 générations . La piscine est un peu petite mais l agencement de la maison grande cuisine qui donne sur le salon terrasse et la grande table face à la piscine. Les chambres climatisés sauf la suite parentale qui va être réparé les mutiples salle de bain le dressing les équipements c est du haut standing . En période de COVID nous ne sommes pas beaucoup sorti tant la villa est agréable. La proximité de la gare et du centre ville est un plus . La villa est au calme . Je recommande ce logement 👍

Très petite piscine (plutôt un bassin) mais terrasse spacieuse. belle pièce à vivre, bien aménagée et moderne. les chambres du haut sont biens mais attention celles du bas sont très humides (il a plu lors du séjour ce qui a peut être amplifié le phénomène). en résumé, rapport qualité prix tout à fait conforme ! les propriétaires/managers sont très réactifs et adaptables. une belle maison pour profiter de l'été

And the pool is great after a busy day in town or just to relax during the day We only think there should be more eye to detail and consistency for things like creating an organised kitchen (mix of cutlery, glasses, plates etc), and e.g. consistency in clothing hangers. Nothing major, but in our opinion making the difference between a great stay and a perfect stay!

Super prestations. Ménage compris. Communication excellente avec la gestionnaire de location. Heures de retour flexibles, un vrai plus qui nous a permis de quitter les lieux après un dernier repas de dimanche midi entre amis. Je recommande vivement.

The host was easy to contact, and we were able to check in several hours before standard check-in...

The host was easy to contact, and we were able to check in several hours before standard check-in time, which was much appreciated. The place was clean and tidy, and stocked with all hygiene products, clean towels etc. We also had one issue with the hot water, but this was addressed and immediately fixed by a member of Serrendy, which is a big plus. Outside area is a bit small, and that goes for the pool as well, but nevertheless cozy and nice. The area is a friendly neighbourhood, and merely a 7 minute walk from the Croisette. If I were to criticise anything, then it would be the fact that the kitchen is poorly stocked, with few tools, knifes and proper wineglasses. This is just a bagatelle, and should be easily fixable. Another thing would be that they should have informed on the fact that the sun passes the house at around 17.30, but its not a big deal. All in all, a very smooth and nice experience. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was in a nice quiet location whilst being close enough to the centre of Cannes. Overall the accommodation was comfortable, however the shower on the lower floor was not fixed to the wall so the guests including small children with access to this bathroom had to shower on the top floor. One of the parasols in the garden was also broken. Serrendy responded promptly to our concerns and although they could not rectify these faults during our stay will hopefully pass on this information to the relevant parties.

Villa accogliente, bene arredata, in una ottima posizione. Soggiorno e cucina molto ben attrezzati, la persona inviata per il check-in era molto gentile. Il primo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda, subito risolto. Unica pecca il forno che non funzionava, un braccio della doccia staccato, e in qualche bagno mancavano le prese elettriche. Abbiamo anche trovato un paio di piumoni macchiati. Abbiamo apprezzato gli split caldo/freddo in ogni camera, e la suite con il bagno adiacente era perfetta! Nel complesso un soggiorno molto piacevole, consiglio vivamente questa villa e il personale di Serrendy. Maria Teresa
