You’re gonna love this 60m² apartment, charming yet stylish. On the menu: everything you need for a perfect vacation, nothing less!

Let yourself be tempted by this cozy-comfy apartment where you will have the luxury of being able to have your breakfast on your very own terrace with your family, or at one of the trendy outdoor cafés in the city center or along the famous Croisette. All this, in less than 6 minutes. We know, it’s a difficult choice...

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

A carefully and lovingly designed decoration to make you feel more like at home rather than like at the hotel.
A beautiful living room with a sofa, chair, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and a dining table for 4 people. And as a bonus, a bunch of cushions (but no pillow fights allowed!)
A large terrace with several garden lounges, yes several, we are like that. (Cant be seen in pictures)
A separate kitchen, equipped with everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (“What else?”), as well as all the necessary appliances and tableware for your daily meals, plus a kettle and a toaster.
A first bedroom with a double bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet and access to the terrace.
A second bedroom with two single beds, storage space and access to the terrace as well.
A nice bathroom with shower and everything else you need to take care of yourself, including a laundry washer.
Separate toilets, but they don’t mind being on their own, and you will probably not mind either.
A storage room to put away and forget about the empty suitcases, so you won’t be reminded that this is only a vacation.

Some highlights:

Double-pane windows for maximum comfort (the apartment overlooks a fairly busy avenue so traffic noise to be expected.)
High-speed Internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

And, as a bonus:

A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few short steps down your street, the Avenue du Maréchal Juin, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within less than four and a half minutes (or way more if you walk on your hands):

Empty your bank account in the stores on Avenue d’Antibes (3 minute to walk there, the time you spend after that will depends on how much money you have).
Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats (6 minutes away).
Sip a drink at the Carlton, with alcohol or without depending on your mood (and on how much money you spent in Rue d’Antibes).
Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès or go work if you are here for business (20 minutes to walk there).
Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).

Very comfortable, well furnished and nicely decorated apartment. Large terrace for eating outside. Quite noisy traffic but this didn't bother us too much. We unfortunately had to leave early for family reasons but staff were very helpful. We would certainly come again. Only one thing regarding accuracy of description of property was the reference to toilets in the plural but there is only one.

It had everything needed and was excellent location to Croisette - everything walking distance and yet peaceful get-away after long working day. Also positive: Casaandra/ Kikiloue answered so quickly the same night (at 9 p.m!) we booked the apartment, this gave me a secure feeling regarding decision and booking Positiv: Good located, 5min. walk to Croisette Beach🙂 Parking place *in Garage* from flat. Very helpful bec. we have a big SUV and to park on street is not possible with big cars (without demages 😅) Our recommendations: Good café with Boulongerie and lunch offers - Bambou Cafe (146 Rue d'Antibes, 06400 Cannes, Frankreich) 7 min. on foot, on the left side of the apartment towards the big roundabout with big blue/white decorative stones, towards the old town. Open also on Saturday evening and Sunday. Cafe (breakfast) and To-Go (lunch) used. Prices OK, products fresh and owner very friendly. Beach: We (Family with child 4 years) tried several Beach clubs on Croissete and came back to beach club *Plage Croisette Beach (65 Boulevard de la Croisette, 06400 Cannes, Frankreich)* Because it was the best and friendliest service and because the beachclub is owner-managed and the owners work together and therefore take very good care of the guests😊 - Lunch and coffee very tasty and fresh - price for sun bed & food OK - Good value for money compared to competitors Well apartment, friendly and helpful Kikiloue team! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Cannes dans cet appartement, qui correspond bien à l’annonce et aux photos. Nous avons pu arriver avant l’heure d’arrivée car l’appartement était prêt ce qui était très arrangeant. L’appartement était bien équipé, juste les toilettes étaient petites et la place de parking pas très pratique (mais très utile tout de même). Un très bon logement en somme !

Serrendy sont des hôtes formidables, bien accessibles et serviables. (Laëtitia, merci encore de votre aide avec le Wi-Fi !) Le check-in et la communication étaient parfaits. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement confortable, rénové avec goût : assez d’espace pour 4 personnes, de bons matelas, de serviettes moelleuses, la petite cuisine avec son équipement de base. L’emplacement près de la plage et le parking inclus sont super. C’est seulement dommage qu’on ne puisse pas profiter du balcon spacieux à cause du bruit de la circulation devant l’immeuble.

C'est un lieu rare combinant à la fois une grande proximité avec tous les lieux stratégiques des festivaliers (16 minutes à pied de la Gare SNCF de Cannes, 20 minutes à pied du Palais du festival, tout en étant suffisamment éloigné pour éviter tous les bruits nocturnes des fêtards. La terrasse est ce qui nous a le plus plu, avec une surface très grande et faisant l'angle de tout l'appartement, permettant à chacun de s'isoler en terrasse pour travailler. La chambre côté salle de bain souffre néanmoins d'une isolation phonique très faible au point d'entendre discuter les voisins dans le détail, mais quelques travaux à cet endroit rendraient ce lieu fantastique. La qualité des matelas et des oreillers était top ! Côté équipement de cuisine, seul bémol : les poêles anti-adhérentes doivent être absolument changées (rayée, la surface anti adhérente devient cancérigène et la poêle devient inutilisable). Des coquetiers pour les oeufs à la coque nous ont aussi manqués au petit déjeuner, et nous n'avons pas trouvé le temps d'en acheter ni d'en trouver dans la proximité. Un petit équipement sur ce point rendrait bien service. Côté commerces de proximité justement, un supermarché Casino se trouve en bas de la rue menant au centre ville, à quelque 5 ou 8 minutes à pied, avec un rayon bio plutôt grand. Très appréciable ! Outre le lieu, l'équipe de Serrendy est à l'écoute, extrêmement réactive, et efficace : un petit souci de capsules de café et c'est une nouvelle machine à café qui nous est apportée sans délai. C'était vraiment très très apprécié ! Malgré l'isolation phonique qui rend le rapport qualité prix un poil trop élevé (des travaux le justifieraient), c'est néanmoins avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons à la prochaine occasion à cette adresse. Merci pour tout et à toute l'équipe.
