You’re gonna love this 72m2 apartment where living is always sweet! On the menu: a terrace, a breathtaking view, a property to dream of!

Let yourself be tempted by this 2-bedroom apartment where you will be able to have breakfast (or cocktails) like a King, facing the sea, just after (or before) taking a swim in the residence complex private swimming pool. We just love it too (and you can invite us any time if you want).

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

A fully renovated apartment and specially designed for vacation rentals.
A beautiful living areas with cool lounge furnishing, a dining area with a table that sits 4 people, a flat-screen TV and a coffee table.
A large open-floor kitchen with everything you need, and especially a Nespresso coffee machine (“What else?”), as well as all the necessary appliances plus a kettle and a toaster.
A bedroom with a double bed, storage space and private shower room. As a bonus, you get a view of the sea from the dressing area.
A second bedroom with a Murphy bed, storage space and a small shower room as well.
The terrace with its breathtaking (or splendid, or exceptional, or out-of-this-world) panoramic view.

Some highlights:

Absolute peace and quiet in a prime location in the heart of a 8 hectares protected park (the hoot of the star owl of the park as well as the songs of the green parrots that have made the park their home is not considered as a nuisance).
Two tennis courts, an Olympic swimming pool and a practice golf range, all within the residence complex.
The apartment is on the 10th floor of a residence building, offering a unique view over the coastline, from the Cap d’Antibes to the Estérel mountain range, with the Lérins islands in between. So many opportunities to -watch all the summer fireworks, right from your terrace, comfortably relaxing in your chair.
A shuttle is available (schedule posted in the residence reception area) to take you right to the center of Cannes, so you don’t have to worry about finding (and paying for) a parking space in town.
Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
High-speed Internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

And, as a bonus:

A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
Sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few seconds by car (or bicycle), you will reach the Avenue Maréchal Juin, a main thoroughfare that will enable you to reach various destinations within less than five and a half minutes:

The famous beaches of the Mouré Rouge or the Palm Beach areas.
Reach the Boulevard Alexandre III for a show at the theater.
Go to Port Canto to rent a yacht (or to sit on a bench and watch people rent yachts, it’s up to your bank account).
Have a cocktail at the Bijou Plage terrace (with or without alcohol, depending on your mood).
Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.
Change scenery and go discover the beaches of Golfe Juan and Juan Les Pins.:

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).

The apartment is situated in a big apartment complex built in the 1950s with a grand pool, two tennis courts, expansive beautiful gardens and landscaping, and breathtaking views of the Bay of Golfe Juan. The neighborhood is high end residential. The unit itself has been recently renovated and was clean and modern, with plenty of storage and seating. The only drawbacks to the unit were that there were no extra towels provided (for the pool, we were told that we should have paid extra or brought our own - from overseas!) and that the balcony chairs/seating were super flimsy and basically unusable. All in all, for the steep price we paid, we did not expect the last two drawbacks, though we were content overall.

Super apartment and facilities but not quite a super host. The apartment is excellent for up to three people. Amazing view, nice furnishings, quiet. The building facilities are great - excellent pool, nice garden, friendly staff keeping things in good order, easy parking. The only negative is that it was clearly an agency managing the letting. The agency insisted on communication outside AirBnB (demanding several web forms to be filled in) and gave totally wrong information about the check-in process, which was only corrected minutes prior to our arrival in Cannes. It seemed like the agency did not really know the apartment/building.

A really nice apartment. I am not sure I would class as luxury, but very good. Really comfortable and super clean. Location is great it’s close enough to Cannes centre it’s easy access, but far enough way to be quiet and restful. Despite a little confusion with checking in, it all went well. Really nice complex, excellent pool and very friendly residents and staff. A little guide on the immediate area would have been helpful. Would recommend and would stay again
