• An amazing living room with AC and large bay-windows opening to the breathtaking terrace, furnished with a sofa-bed, a coffee table, a TV set, and a dining area that accommodates 4 people.

• A kitche, open to the living room, and all the tableware that you could dream of.

• A first bedroom with a queen size bed, a large closet, a private shower room and, as the special feature, direct access to the terrace, so you can have breakfast in the sun, right off the bed.

• A second bedroom, identical to the first one, so everyone can meet outside for breakfast, however access to its shower room is outside the bedroom.

• And of course the amazing 30m² terrace that can be used for meals, cocktails, sun-bathing or endless trivial pursuit games.

• 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
• A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
• A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
• But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

GOOD TO KNOW : The AC is only in the linving room (but you can let all the doors open at anytime to correctly refresh the entire apartment).

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few short steps down your street, the Avenue Isola Bella, you will be able to pick your favorite activity:

• Experience the local “village” atmosphere in the Monfleury neighborhood while shopping in the beautiful shops (bakery, pharmacy, wine shop, florist, grocery store).

• Explore the city center via the Rue d’Antibes (7 minutes on foot, or 20 minutes if you walk on your hands).

• Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats (or go sip a cocktail at the Long Beach) all this in less than 10 minutes.

• Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (15 minutes to walk there).

• Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets (timing varies depending on how many sidewalks you pick).

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (as we are) except when other guests leave or arrive on the same days you do, in which case check-ins are from 4 pm and check-outs are no later than 11 am. (Superman was available, but we could not hire Superhousekeeper!)

IMPORTANT : an additional charge of 35 Euros will be made for any arrival after 8:00 PM (sleep time is expensive). Arrivals after Midnight will not be made in person: you will have access to a lock-box with the apartment keys inside (we keep that night time for ourselves for Netflix).
For guests who want to avoid the additional charge for after 8 PM arrivals, we can arrange for a self check-in with a key lock-box, and you may still call us if you need assistance.
