Drop your luggage in this family-friendly apartment with two bedroom suites, a terrace… And a swimming pool!

Let yourself be tempted by this 2-bedroom apartment where you will be able to have your breakfast (or cocktails) on your very own terrace, just before going for a swim in the private pool of the property. We love it too (and you can invite us any time!)

As far as the apartment layout, things look pretty good:

A beautiful living room, opening to the terrace, with a dining table that fits 6 people, a TV set and not one but two sofas.
A separate kitchen with everything you will need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (What else?) as well as all other appliances plus a kettle, a toaster and many other kitchen surprises.
The first bedroom suite with access to the terrace as well, furnished with a double bed, a large closet and a full bathroom with shower and toilets.
The second bedroom suite with a king size bed, storage space and access to the terrace too (bonus: view of the sea from the bed), and a large full bathroom with tub and toilets.
A second small terrace used as a laundry area.

Double-pane windows, for maximum comfort.
High-speed wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
Secured residential property
Free access to the swimming pool any time
Private parking spot
Air conditioning system, to keep everyone comfortable when needed.

And, as a bonus:

A set of clean bed sheets is provided for each bedding.
1 large and 1 small bath towel is provided per person. Unfortunately, the size are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them.
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee...).
But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few steps down your street, the Avenue du Maréchal Juin, you will be able to pick your favorite destination, within a few minutes on foot (or way more if you decide to walk on your hands):

Go empty your bank account in the shops on Rue d’Antibes. (walking: 3 minutes. Shopping: depends on bank account.)
Stroll along the Croisette to take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats. (7-minute walk).
Sip a cocktail like a star at the Carlton, with or without alcohol depending on your mood. (8-minute walk)
Go take a selfie (don't worry, everyone does it) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go work if you are here for business). (20 minutes away)
Use your imagination while walking around the city center but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets. (Timing is up to you, and your legs).

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).

Amazing service from Jeremy, he was very helpful. The location is perfect. It was only 10 min walk to the beach, local shops are a few minutes away. The apartment had all amenities that we needed and it was clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

It was great to stay in the apartment. Really loved it. For me location was perfect. A bit loud in the one bedroom from the road. The garden is perfect. The main entrance and lifts are so clean it’s amazing. Good swimming pool, but you are not allowed to bring sun-bed or pool chair. My suggestion would be to write down all the instructions for the apartment and facilities around. For example: about internet, (there is a QR code but nobody new that), waste bin(it’s really convenient to come out of lift and turn right to the parking),not knowing that, I went far away trying to find. How to open the gate to the swimming pool. Everyone who came first time can not open it…… Etc. ……. I would like to thank the representative of the owner, Stella, she is great.

We had a lovely stay at Serrendy’s place. The apartment is spacious and accommodated our family of six very comfortably. The place was spotlessly clean, modern, thoughtfully furnished and had very good air-conditioning. We really liked the location — 15 minutes’ walk from 2 great public beaches (Bijou and Le Mouré Rouge) and 20 minutes from the train station. Warmly recommended!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene 2 Jungs 6 Jahre Negative: was mir nicht gefallen hat war die nervige Nachbarin die darunter wohnt , die war nur am maulen , Sie hat sich aufgeregt wenn man die feuchten Handtücher ( feucht nicht nass ) über das Geländer gehangen hat , Sie hat sich aufgeregt wenn man Abends gelacht oder erzählt hat auf der Terrasse und und und . Kinder hat Sie meiner Meinung nach gar nicht gerne obwohl in der Anzeige steht Kinder willkommen . Wir waren von morgen 10.oo - 16 - 17.oo aus dem Haus noch keine 5 min. da und schon ging es los .
