A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, etc...)
But, sorry, no evening parties or celebrations allowed, to protect everyone's peace and quiet.

After just a few steps on the Route de Cannes, you will be able to simply walk down to the beaches of Golfe-Juan or enjoy the neighborhood shops (bakery, tobacconist, convenience store, sea-side restaurants, etc...)
And for those who want to further explore the area, you can also drive a few minutes and enjoy the following points of interests:

Reach Cannes, the beaches of La Croisette within 7 minutes.
Get to Cannes city center in 15 minutes and explore the iconic Rue d'Antibes and Rue Hoche, the medieval Suquet district and buy plenty of souvenirs for the whole family.
Change scenery and go to Juans-les-Pins for a tour along its sea front, within a 10-minute drive.
Go explore the old city part of Antibes via the meandering seaside roads, in less than 15 minutes.
Get on the autoroute coast line highway to do a day trip to Nice or Monaco, to the east, or the iconic Saint-Tropez, to the west.

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a table at a vegan, Indian or Chinese restaurant. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).

A perfect apartment in a perfect location. Suited our family with toddler really well. The apartment is exactly as per the photos, and a lovely space with very large terrace. Great pool for relaxing (shallow enough for adults to stand both ends) and very well maintained. The apartment is kitted out well with some nice touches of character (e.g., record player and darts board) and the welcome pack (water, coffee pods, soft drinks, toiletries) are very good to have and what you would hope for. It is 10 mins or less walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and all the amenities of Golfe-Juan like supermarket and train station. We even walked to Vallauris in the hills (about 35 mins) but it was seriously steep and hot! A very nice place, though, and wonderful views - worth a trip. All in all, a fantastic apartment in a great location.

L’appartamento è molto bello, pulito, luminoso, spazioso e super accessoriato. Corrisponde esattamente alle foto. Si trova in un complesso elegante, ben tenuto e tranquillo con una bella terrazza che affaccia sul giardino condominiale. La piscina è stato un grande plus specialmente per la nostra famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Sempre pulita e mai affollata. A 10 minuti a piedi c’è il mare, un piccolo market ed il porto di Golf Juan. Il posto auto non è incluso ma c’e un parcheggio libero nei pressi del complesso. In alcuni orari vista l’alta stagione e’stato un po’ un problema trovare posto. L’host è stato sempre disponibile, cortese e reattivo. In generale siamo molto soddisfatti e consigliamo l’appartamento a chi desidera visitare la zona tra Antibes e Cannes.
