You're gonna love this 50m² one-bedroom apartment! On the menu: Exquisite decor, perfect layout, a beautiful terrace and the beaches only 2 minutes away on foot.

Let yourself be tempted by this cozy apartment, perfectly designed for seasonal vacation rentals and situated in one of the most convenient areas of the Cannes. You will be very close to the beaches and all shopping options within a short walk. The perfect setting to spend the best vacation with friends, family or by yourself!

Terrace with southeast exposure for breakfast in the sun, any day of the year.
Exquisitely decorated.
Wifi connection, because all you need is love and Wifi.
2-minute walk to the Mouré-Rouge beaches.
4-minute walk to the Croisette beaches.

Situated in a small and quiet one-way street.

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good too:

A decoration carefully and lovingly chosen by the owners themselves to offer a “like at home” atmosphere instead of a “like at the hotel” feeling.
A beautiful living room, opening to the terrace with the southeast exposure (sunny breakfast guaranteed!), and furnished with a sofa, a TV set and a dining table for 4 people.
A separate kitchen, well-equipped with everything you will need during your stay, including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (What else?).
A bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet.
A bathroom with shower, toilets and other bathroom amenities.
A lounging area between the kitchen and the living room where you can relax and enjoy a good book in your hands or cool music in your earphones.

And, as a bonus:

A set of clean bed sheets is provided for each bed.
1 large and 1 small bath towel is provided per person. Unfortunately, the size are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them.
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, etc...)
But, sorry, no evening parties or celebrations allowed, to protect everyone's peace and quiet.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After just a few steps down your street, the Rue Ricord Laty, within less than two and a half minutes (or a lot more if you decide to try walking on your hands) you will be able to:

Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to do some skinny dipping or find a spot at an outdoor café and sip a cocktail.
Go try a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean's.
Change scenery and visit the Jardin des Hespérides to do some sun-bathing on one of its benches

And within less than ten minutes by car, you can:

Go take a selfie like a movie star (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go to work if you are here for business).
Board a train for an unknown (or not) destination.
Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a table at a vegan, Indian or Chinese restaurant. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

A MUST READ

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments nor our wonderful housekeeping crew.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix). The option to accept an arrival with key lock box after 8 pm is available if you want to avoid the extra charge.

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
