Let yourself be tempted by this cozy-comfy 2 bedroom apartment where you will have the luxury of being able to have breakfast (or cocktails), quietly installed on your two-level terrace with sea view. Sure to please the whole family.

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

The first terrace level, long and accessible from all rooms, offering a great view and furnished with a dining table for 4.
A beautiful living/dining room with a dining table for 6, sofa and armchairs, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the first terrace.
A separate kitchen with everything you will need during your stay, including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (What else?), as well as all major appliances plus a kettle and a toaster (but management is not responsible for how the bread is toasted).
The first bedroom suite with a king size bed, full bathroom with toilets and plenty of storage space.
The second bedroom with 2 single beds, storage space and separate shower room.
Separate toilets, but they don't mind being separate (and you probably won't mind either).
And finally, the highlight of this apartment, a rooftop terrace of about 100m², with an outdoor lounge set, sunbathing chairs and spectacular view of the sea and the swimming pool. The best spot for the best BBQ meals with family or friends.

Private parking just at the foot of the building.
Double-pane window for maximum comfort and peace.
High-speed wifi connection because all you need is love and wifi.

House linen is provided, including 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person.
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, etc...)
But, sorry, no evening parties or celebrations allowed.

Some geography so you know where you are:

From where you'll stay, you will be able to drive to your favorite spot in town in less than nine and a half minute (except if you keep driving in first gear or reverse):

Reach the Midi beaches and try to find a spot to set your beach gear.
Head to the famous Croisette for a beach visit or a stroll along the seafront (and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats).
Get to the the Cannes station and board a train for an unknown destination (or not).
Go take a selfie like a movie star (everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for business.
Beat the cobblestones in the medieval Suquet district and go order a red-snapper filet at Beija Fior or load up on postcards and very tiny but very expensive souvenirs.
Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a baby cot bed or a high chair for your little travel companions. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.

Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to Know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).

Beautiful clean apartment with lovely views and an amazing rooftop space. Downside being there is no air conditioning which you really do need in the summer months and the steepness of the hill the apartment is on. Car is needed.

Positive: Privacy, rooftop en terras rondom appartement en prachtig zwembad Negative: Geen airco en keuken/badkamers zijn wel aan vernieuwing toe. Ligging wel heel mooi maar zonder auto niet te doen om naar centrum/strand te gaan want appartement ligt op een heuvel.

Trop bruyant, le matin à 8h, tondeuse, souffleur juste en dessous des fenêtres ! Dommage… pas reposant Pas de climatisation, un des deux ventilateurs en panne, 29 degrés dans l’appartement la nuit, difficile de dormir. Pas de transats à la piscine car la copropriété a décidé de les enlever à cause du COVID ! Pas moyen non plus de se reposer à la piscine sans transat. Nous en avons acheté, ils ont été remboursés par le propriétaire mais il fallait tous les jours les descendre et les remonter, ce n’est pas pratique.

Location très confortable (une clim dans les chambres en ferait une location topissime). L'ajout de quelques ustensiles de cuisine (set de table, gant pour le four, saladier petite taille...) serait nécessaire. Le rooftop est très agréable et offre une belle vue sur la mer.
