You're gonna love this unique apartment, basting in natural light, located in an upscale and exclusive residential property on the famed hillside of Cannes, the Croix-des-Gardes district. This apartment features all you will need for a perfect stay to dream for, including: a superb terrace with full Southern orientation, a large swimming pool, a breathtaking view of the coast line and the Lérins

This accommodation is ranked 4 stars by Etoiles de France.

Inside, the apartment features the following:

A huge main room, basted in natural light (thanks to its Southeast orientation) with large bay windows opening to the spectacular terrace, with the following floor plan:
A lounging area with 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table.
A dining area for 6 people with a bonus view of the sea while you enjoy your meals.
The kitchen separated by a counter top, well equipped with all you will need, including a must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) and the bonus view of the sea with your morning coffee as well.
The terrace, featuring a dining table for 6 people, a sofa (ideal for a peaceful time contemplating the sunrise), a spectacular view over the swimming pool and, further away, the coast and the Lérins islands.

3 bedroom suite-like with the following features:

A first bedroom (without windows but with a beautiful sunny wallpaper) with a “jungle” atmosphere, two single beds and a shower area.
A second bedroom, with an elegant atmosphere, a queen size bed, a large closet, a small private terrace and a bathroom with shower and superb marble work.
A third bedroom, with a bohemian atmosphere, a double bed and a shower area.

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.

OME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

From the property, you will be able to reach the following points of interests within a few minutes ride by car (or a little more by bicycle):

The public beaches of Cannes and find a spot to set your beach gear and get some sun (5 minutes away).
The private beach clubs of the famous Croisette and rent a lounge chair, or just go for a stroll along the seafront and go for a ride on the Carrousel or for a remote control boat race (8 to 9 minutes away).
The old Suquet district to explore its cobblestone alleys, savor some red snapper filets at Beija Fior's and/or fill up on postcards and very small but very expensive souvenirs (5 minutes away).
Downtown Cannes where you can use your imagination while discovering its streets by walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (various times)
The nearby town of Cannes La Bocca (5 minutes away), to explore its beaches, shops and markets.

And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).

Je vous recommande cet appartement lumineux, propre et très bien équipé !! il dispose d'une jolie terrasse plein sud avec vue mer. La résidence est très calme et propre avec une piscine et des parterres fleuris. Vous trouverez également une ligne de bus qui vous amènera dans le Centre de Cannes, en 20 mn de l'appartement l'équipe de Kikiloue est également très disponible et réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

appartement parfait ! Belles prestations (équipements au top) et décoration moderne, en retrait de l'agitation touristique. A proximité de tous commerces (voiture conseillée toutefois) et dans une belle résidence très bien entretenue (jardins, piscine, etc...). Nous y referons un séjour sans hésiter ! (avis unanime de nos 5 vacanciers). PARFAIT (étant moi-même très exigente).

Positive: Geweldig moor ingericht en heel praktisch. Zwembad is top. Rustig gelegen. Negative: De locatie was prima, echter je kan niets doen zonder auto, hetgeen wij als jammer ervaarden. Verder werd het uitzicht deels geblokkeerd door een hoog flatgebouw.

Magnifique appartement , Beau Séjour avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Apparemment très lumineux et très fonctionnel, une sbd dans chaque chambre et une cuisine très fonctionnelle. Merci encore a l’hôte pour tous ses conseils et ses indications qui étaient tres clairs. Belle piscine dans la résidence et parking privée avec place , Je recommande !

Positive: Nice place. Nice view. Modern appliances. Nice pool. Negative: Was a very time consuming process. The rental agreement was immense. The whole process really took a lot of time and emails. Most emails came in triplicate as well, which was bothesome.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé et l'agence de gestion a été à la fois claire, efficace et réactive. L'appartement a l'avantage d'être à 5/10' de la Croisette tout en étant situé dans un environnement très calme, avec une belle vue mer. Un compromis parfait à notre sens. Il est extrêmement bien équipé, tout est bien pensé et les finitions sont de très bon niveau. La piscine et le tennis dans la résidence sont deux points forts. Nous sommes globalement enchantés du séjour ! Deux points d'attention : - Les chambres sont climatisées mais pas le salon, ce qui rend l'appartement particulièrement chaud en été. Ce détail n'était pas mentionné dans l'annonce et après notification auprès de l'agence de location, nous avons reçu des ventilateurs pour atténuer cet inconvénient. Mieux que rien mais pas suffisant pour rendre la température acceptable en plein été. - La piscine n'est pas accessible aux enfants entre 12.30-14.30 et il manque quelques transats en haute saison

Fantastisk lejlighed med masser af plads og ekstremt veludstyret køkken. Vi nød vores ophold (2 voksne og 3 teenagere) i den uge, vi var i lejligheden. Lejligheden er beliggende i et roligt område et par kilometer fra centrum, så bil anbefales. Området er sikret med porte, så man også føler sig tryg. Der er parkering indenfor det aflukkede område og altid p-pladser til rådighed. Tjek-in sent (midnat) var super nemt med afhentning af nøgle på SERRENDY’s kontor (deltaljerede instruktioner tilsendes). Vi kommer gerne igen og anbefaler 100% den lækre lejlighed.

Perfect view. 3 separate bedrooms with private showers. Well organised kotchen plus washing and drying machine. It is nice to have a car or scooter since You have to go down to the beach and climb back. Swimmimg pool still open in October. Also no cafes or small shop in short walking distance. UBER works well. One small minus for soft matresses.

Très bel emplacement pour cet appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Très lumineux sauf pour une chambre et très spacieux. La cuisine est très bien équipée. 3 salles de bain (1 par chambre) viennent compléter cet ensemble pratique et tes bien décoré.
