You're gonna love this garden-level apartment, entirely renovated, on the sea-front with the Lerins Islands across from you... and a few steps from the famous Palm Beach area. Everything you need for an ideal vacation in Cannes is waiting for you here: a large 150m² garden, view of the sea, parking spot... All wrapped up with the Mourré Rouge beaches only half a minute away on foot.

Inside, the apartment features a great layout:

A large open living space with direct access to the garden, that includes the following areas: a lounge space with a convertible sofa and a smart TV; a dining area with a modular dining table for up to 6 people, a large open-floor kitchen, well-equipped with all you will need, including a Brita filter, a Sodastream and a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).
The icing on the cake, a.k.a. the garden, with the permanent view of the sea and its outdoor lounge chairs so you can admire the view, read, take naps, sun-bathe or anything else you can think of (but please, don't break a leg!)
A first bedroom, also opening to the garden, with a queen size bed, a closet/dressing and some really nice pillows (but please, no pillow fights!)
A bathroom adjacent to that bedroom with some really nice tile work.
A second bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 200cm), ideal for kids, teenagers or in-laws who like their own beds, but they can be juxtaposed to make a larger bed (180 x 200cm), although the bed linen will still be for two single beds.
A separate bathroom with shower and toilets.

SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

After just a few short steps down your street, you will be able to enjoy the following activities within less than three minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

Reach the Mourré Rouge beach (30 seconds) or those along the famous Croisette (3 minutes) to do some skinny dipping or find an outdoor cafe to sip a cocktail.
Head to the scuba diving center and the Nautical Base of Mouré Rouge to rent any type of “fun-on-the-water” equipment: sea-kayak, paddle board, sailboat....
Go for a delightful meal in one of the neighborhood restaurants and enjoy their calm and warm atmosphere (including one of our favorite seafood restaurants on Place de l'Etang....)
Pick up a take-out pizza at Jean-Jean's (pizza truck on the nearby plaza).
Take a seat on a public bench or at an outdoor cafe or restaurant and watch the “Pétanques” players on Place de l'Etang.
Admire the acrobatic kit-surfers at one end of the beach (their favorite spot).

And you can use your car to explore more of the must-see places of Cannes, within less than seven minutes away:

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a convention.
Board a train at the Cannes station for a ride along the Riviera coastline.
Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).

The apartment is really great and clean. Location is perfect - just across the street from a nice beach and only a 15min walk to the centre of Cannes. There are small grocery stores and bakeries near by so very convenient place for a relaxing holiday.

Ihr seit wirklich Super Serrendy-Team 😍immer freundlich und sehr schnelle Hilfe bei Anfragen/Problemen….wir können und werden Euch weiter empfehlen…..der einzige Punkt ist die Tiefgarage die sich nur für kleine Autos eignet ist….wir hatten einen VW Touran mit dem war es nicht möglich da zu parken…..viele liebe Grüße und Wir ( Sara Vanessa Ralf) machen bestimmt mal wieder Urlaub bei Euch

I was in Cannes for the Lion’s Festival and this place was perfect. Clean, beautiful view of the water, wonderful peaceful neighborhood. Took Ubers to and from the main town - which was very easy. Several wonderful cafes in area. I would come back in a heartbeat. What a find!

La connexion wifi (connexion difficile avec le mot de passe choisi) et le réglage de la clim (minimum 24 degrés) devraient être améliorées.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser hübschen Wohnung in Cannes. Unser VW Bus passte natürlich nicht in die Garage, aber auf der Strasse direkt vor dem Haus haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (3 und 5) dort und haben zur Sicherheit einige Dekoelemente weg gestellt bei der Anreise. Aber die Wohnung war auch für die Kinder perfekt.

Wohnung sehr schön und sauber. Nicht alles funktioniert einwandfrei, in der Küche sind einige Bretter locker, aber alles Wesentliche hat geklappt. Im Kinderzimmer waren an einem Abend einige Ameisen. Das Haus wird derzeit renoviert, Beginn der Bauarbeiten ca. ab 8 Uhr. Garage quasi unbenutzbar (zu klein zu niedrig, ist aber irrelevant weil man gratis parken kann und es zumindest jetzt in der Nebensaison zahlreiche Parkplätze gab).

Très bel appartement et très bel emplacement. Une vue incroyable sur la mer juste en face. Le jardinet est bien agréable. Tout et refait à neuf, mention spéciale pour la literie et le système de chauffage/aération très facile d'utilisation. Un très beau quartier verdoyant et calme en début mai . Un accès à la plage du Mouré juste en sortant de l'appartement et l'accès à la plage Bijou à quelques pas. Très bonne boulangerie et petite épicerie à 650 m ( 9min) il y a plus près mais moins bien . Bons restaurants juste à côté. Le centre de Cannes n'est pas si loin , surtout la promenade est très belle . Merci à l'agence Serrendy qui a toujours été en contact et très réactive.
