Discover the city while staying in this amazing 84m² apartment featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms! in the center of town, and enjoying all the lively points of interest the city has to offer. And only a few steps from the famous Croisette seafront boulevard, the no-less famous Palais des Festivals and all the best restaurants and cafes in town! Welcome home (because you may never leave!).

APARTMENT FEATURES:

This spacious apartment offers the following floor plan:

A large main living room with various dedicated areas, such as:
A lounge area, with sofa, armchair, coffee table and smart TV.
A dining area with a dining table that fits 6 people.
A large open-floor kitchen, well equipped with all you will need during your stay, including a trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?).
Three bedrooms:
One parental bedroom suite with a queen size bed, closet/dressing, and its private shower room with toilets.
Two other bedrooms, both with two single beds (90cm each) and closet/dressing.
Two separate shower rooms are next to the bedrooms.
A veranda with a small laundry area and a table, so you can enjoy a coffee or a cocktail while you wait for your clean clothes. ;)

A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are very small and with prior authorization. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY. Penalties may apply if the apartment policies are not followed.

SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Bivouac Napoléon, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

Take your pick of delicious pastries, gourmet dishes, or exotic cocktails in some of the best eateries along the Rue Hoche. (2 minutes away.)
We recommend the restaurants Le Cirque or La Cantina, for their exquisite cuisine, the Café Hoche for its amazing cocktails and lively Saturday nights, The pizzeria San Telmo for its genuine Italian specialties and the tea lounge Le Volupté with its extensive tea collection and delicious artisan pastries!
After all these treats, you can take a stroll along the famous Croisette seafront (2 minutes away as well) and either try some Italian ice cream from the street vendors, play some chess at the public chess tables or simply sit on a bench and enjoy the sea breeze.
Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a trade show. (2 minutes away.)
Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets. (Timing is up to you and your legs.)

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 6 pm will be made via lock box, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box only (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)

The apartment is truly wonderful. It is very large and conformtable with a full kitchen, very nice living and dining areas, and 3 fully functioning bathrooms and bedrooms. Location is perfect just 1 or 2 blocks in from every interesting place that would want to go. Serrendy's customer service is the best I've ever experienced in airbnb and even hotels. I will return next year.

Serrendy’s accommodation was great and comfortable. Below are some pros and cons Pros: 1. Super location. 5 mins walk to the train station and is in the middle of all the amazing restaurants and cafés. 10 mins walk to the main beach spot. Very very convenient. 2. One of the few airbnb’s with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Everyone got dressed comfortably in the morning. 3. Beds were very comfortable. Had a good night sleep every night. Cons: 1. Since all cafés are right there, there was a lot of noise/hooting till 2 am. If someone is a light sleeper may get disturbed. 2. Third room is too small and attached bathroom has no door. Other rooms are decently spacious but bath cabinets are quite small. We managed though. 3. While key pick up, we had to do from their office which is little far but was smooth. Host was responsive and flexible. I would definitely recommend. Overall stay was very good and totally enjoyed. We stayed for 7 nights.

Les espaces de vie cuisine et salon sont très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Restau Thai en dessous délicieux. bar en face peut être un peu bruyant le we mais nous étions aussi là pour nous amuser . peut être prévoir 3 jeux de clefs pour 6 . Merci

Het appartement is beter dan beschreven. Heel aangenaam en alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. De 'startkit' is uitgebreider dan beschreven. De mensen van Serrendy zijn heel behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. 1 kleine suggestie: gordijnen aan de voorkant, dat is gemakkelijker dan de luiken.
