You're gonna love this apartment where the smell of vacation is always in the air! On the menu: all cozy, all beautiful, … Happiness pure and simple.

Let yourself be tempted by this cozy 1-bedroom apartment, fully redecorated, where you’ll have the luxury of having your breakfast (and your cocktails) peacefully seated on your private terrace (toasts, butter and jams not included).

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

A nicely decorated setting, carefully selected by the owners themselves, to produce a "like-at-home" effect, instead of “like-at-the-hotel”.
A beautiful living room with a large bay window opening to the terrace, a sofa-bed, a flat screen TV and “pouf poire” bean bag, perfect for Netflix binge-watching or naps like you never had.
An open-floor kitchen with everything you need, including of course a coffee machine but also a cool bar counter with 2 high stools, all appliances as well as a kettle, a toaster (Disclaimer: Management is not responsible for any burnt toast!)
Of course, the terrace everyone is talking about, with garden furniture (or patio furniture depending on your perspective) including low table and sofas, so you can admire the beautiful view of the sea.
A bedroom with double size bed, and access to the terrace as well.
A fully-equipped shower room.
Separate toilets, but they don’t mind being on their own (you may be glad too they are separate…)

Some highlights:

Secured building with caretaker, swimming pool and parking for the property.
Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
Double-pane windows for maximum comfort.
High Speed Wifi Connection, because all you need is love and wifi…

And, as a bonus:
- A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
- But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After getting in your car, down in the private parking, within less than nine and a half minutes (unless you are driving in reverse or stopping every 2 minutes to buy souvenirs…) you will be able to pick your favorite activity, including:
Reach the Plages du Midi and try to find a spot to put your beach gear down.
Reach the Croisette beaches and try to find a lounge chair still available, or stroll along the sea front and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.
Go to the train station and board a train to an unknown (or not) destination.
Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go to work if you are here for business.)
Beat the cobblestone pavement in the Suquet district; go eat a specialty red-snapper filet at Beija Fior’s then go stock up with post cards and big-price small souvenirs…
Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets…

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).

Very nice!

Nice residential area, but still close to go to the city centre in a 5 to 10 mins taxi ride. I really liked the apartment and would definitely stay there again. Easy check in and check out.

This condo (apartment) is completely new, even to the smallest details. Everything from the towels, bed linen, dishes,... all is new. Also it is a rental property, which is a big plus, since you don't have the owner's personal belongings, and food to deal with. It is centrally located in a residential quiet area. The secure on site parking is a plus also. Jérémy and Lauren keep the place very clean, even people with high standards couldn't complain. Their hospitality and service is A+, they are very conscientious hosts.

La communication avec Lauren a été top. L'appartement est très chouette mais peut-être un peu petit pour 4 personnes. Il n'y a pas d'emplacement de parking réservée, en haute saison cela peut poser problème. La terrasse est super chouette, elle est grande et avec vue sur la mer. Je conseille vivement cet appartement.

Wonderful apartment in a lush, quiet, non-touristy complex. The apartment has everything one needs (kitchen utensils, hairdryer... and positively surprised over coffee, tea, salt, pepper...) Perfect for 2 though we also had enough space for the 4 of us (we had our 9 & 11 yo children with us), just a little more difficult with seating for meals. The apt and pool were a little smaller than I had expected but both are very nice and definitely more than sufficient. Easy to get to, especially by car, but we also walked easily to Bocca for coffee & croissants... Lauren & Jeremy are super friendly and helpful, and Richard, the owner, who lives in the same complex was fantastic!! We will definitely come back! Thank you for an amazing stay! PS: pack mosquito spray

Great hosts! Very fast communication and easy to access. We really enjoyed our stay in Cannes. The apartment was very clean and was very easy access to everything (with the exception of navigating the small windy road to get to condo). Apartment was very clean, well equipped had a great terrace and was in a gated area (very secure). We found it a great spot for a small family (2+1). Jeremy and Lauren were great hosts and gave us a lot of good advice where to go.

We had a wonderful and really comfortable stay at Jérémy & Lauren's apartment. Very clean, very stylish design and practical kitchen. It is a bit far from Cannes City centre so it was good that we had our car with us. Free Parking was also a huge advantage of this apartment. We would really recommend it to anyone who would stay for a few days in Cannes or its neighbourhood.

First of all, both Jeremy and Lauren are very nice and helpful people. Overall we did enjoy our stay, however, there were some little things we did not enjoy that much. But let’s start with the things we really loved: 1. Hospitality and communication is just 👌🏼. We managed to arrange later check out, also the hosts answered inquiries quite quickly. 2. The terrace. For reading books, eating, sunbathing. Amazing 😊 3. Clean and modern apartment. The apartment has all the amenities one might need. From wine opener, to lunchboxes, wine glasses, washing machine to AC. The thing I did not enjoy was the bed. For me it was too soft, and the pillow was not comfortable as well. Also, in the description hosts wrote that there will be a Nespresso coffee machine. And it was not there. Not something extremely important, however I was kind of excited about it, so automatically I got dissapointed when I saw it was not there. All in all, it was a great stay!

Great Host, since we arrived the communication was good and then we checked in, everything was explained including tips for close by places, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, Air conditioning, good shower, good bed, amazing terrace. Parking the car wasn't an issue most of the times we parked in the front and when it was full we parked outside the buildingcomplex (100 mts) everything handy and super recommended for 2 up to 3 people if you want to stay cozy.

A very nice and clean place with all necessities included: dish washer, washing machine, wifi, tv, kitchen with (almost) everything. We had a wonderful 2-weeks stay. The only little advice is: be sure to have access to a car because the super markets are 3-4 km away and you need to go 4-500 meters up the side of a mountain. That can be tough with a lot of merchandise. There are many supermarkets, with an excellent selection of goods.
