You're gonna love this cozy/comfy 35m² haven! On the menu: exquisite decoration, perfect arrangement, your very own garden, and the beaches only 2 minutes away on foot. Forget the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary in this charming home! Perfectly tailored for short adventures, this apartment whispers "cozy retreat" in one of the city's most delightful districts.

Apartment highlights:

Magnificent 50m² garden with Eastern orientation, so you can enjoy an exotic breakfast in the sun, any day of the year.
Exquisite decoration.
WiFi included, because all you need is love and WiFi.
2 to 3 minutes on foot to the beaches of the Mouré-Rouge seafront.
4 to 5 minutes to the beaches on the Croisette side.
All shopping options for your daily needs in immediate proximity.
Located on a quiet one-way side street.

As far as what the apartment has to offer, things look pretty good:

A decoration designed by the owners themselves, to render a “like at home” atmosphere instead of a “like at the hotel” feeling.
A spacious living room, opening to the garden, furnished with a sofa, a TV and a bar counter with high stools.
An open-floor kitchen, well-equipped to perfect your culinary skills, or just make great coffee in the trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?).
A bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious closet for all your belongings.
A shower room.
Separate toilets (but you might be glad they are on their own...).
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments or our housekeepers.)

Unfortunately, day or night parties are strictly prohibited: this is a very quiet location, please be respectful of the neighborhood.

Location, location, location:

After a few steps down your street, the Rue Ricord Laty, you'll be able to pick your favorite activity, all within two and a half minutes on foot (we timed it but it is subject to your own pace):

Reach the Mouré Rouge beach, to go for a swim or sit at an outdoor cafe to enjoy a cocktail or a sundae (any day, not just on Sunday).

Go have a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean's.

Change scenery and get some sun on a bench while admiring Nature at the Jardin des Hespérides.

And if you want to visit more points of interest, within less than ten minutes by car, you can:

Got take selfies on the steps of the Palais des Festivals like a movie star (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for a trade show or convention.

Board a train for a day trip along the coastal Riviera (there is a public parking at the train station).

For the bravest (and those with the best legs), use your imagination to explore the whole center of town, but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you in any way during your stay.

Lovely apartment and I felt very safe staying here. Building is beautiful and clean. Can walk into cannes in around 20 - 25 mins. Apartment was clean and modern had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.
