You're gonna love spending your vacation in this 50m² apartment, fully renovated, with a cozy and modern atmosphere, as well as a terrace and a garden (a rarity!), situated in the heart of downtown Cannes, less than 10 minutes on foot from the famous Palais des Festivals. You will be able to enjoy the best activities Cannes has to offer in this lively part of town.

APARTMENT FEATURES:

This 2-bedroom – 1-bathroom apartment features the following amenities:

Beautiful and refined finishes and decoration, personally selected by the owners, to offer a “like at home” feeling rather than “like at the hotel”.
An inviting living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people, with direct access to the terrace and garden.
The 50m² garden, facing West, with a large terraced area that includes an outdoor dining table for 6 people and a patio lounge set so you can enjoy some relaxing time in the afternoon sun.
An open floor kitchen, well equipped with everything you will need, including a trendy must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?).
A first bedroom with bunk beds and a closet/dressing.
A second larger bedroom, with a queen size bed, closet/dressing and a small smart TV.
A separate shower room that includes a washer.
Separate toilets, but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either...)

Located only 3 minutes away on foot from the main commercial street with many restaurants and cafes, yet in a quieter area away from the main traffic.
10 minutes away from the Palais des Festivals (walking time).

AND AS A BONUS

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. (Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request with advance notice.)
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are very small and with prior authorization. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY. Penalties may apply if the apartment policies are not followed.

SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Général Férié, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

Take a stroll along the famous Croisette seafront boulevard (1 minute away) and either try some Italian ice cream from the street vendors, play some chess at the public chess tables or simply sit on a bench and enjoy the sea breeze.
Empty your bank account in the many upscale boutiques along the famous Rue d’Antibes. (1 minute to get there, a little more to empty your bank account),
Take your pick of delicious pastries, gourmet dishes, or exotic cocktails in some of the best eateries along the Rue Hoche. (6 minutes away.)
We recommend the restaurants Le Cirque or La Cantina, for their exquisite cuisine, the Café Hoche for its amazing cocktails and lively Saturday nights, The pizzeria San Telmo for its genuine Italian specialties and the tea lounge Le Volupté with its extensive tea collection and delicious artisan pastries!
Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Festivals, or just go to work if you are here for a trade show. (10 minutes away.)

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 6 pm will be made via lock box, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box only (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)

Uitstekend begane grond apartment met alle voorzieningen op hele goede locatie. Alles beloopbaar en winkels in de buurt. Het dubbel bed mag groter maar verder alle voorzieningen en huishoudelijke apparaten aanwezig inclusief air conditioning in alle kamers. Hele goede badkamer met douche en aparte wc. Heerlijke tuin met voldoende meubels op het zuiden. Beheerder Serrendy is zeer alert en goed georganiseerd en toegankelijk.

Appartement tout simplement super! Tout à fait conforme aux photos. Récemment rénové, tout confort, moderne, confortable. Le gros plus est la terrasse dont nous avons pu profiter pour tous les repas (ensoleillée une grande partie de la journée, et préservée du vent, idéale au printemps). L’emplacement est aussi exceptionnel: à 3 min à pied de la Croisette, de la plage, et aussi de la rue d’Antibes et de tous ses commerces. Et à 5 min à pied d’un supermarché ouvert tous les jours. 15/20 min à pied de la gare. Le seul bémol est peut-être le bruit de la rue tôt le matin (camion poubelles) mais avec des boules quiès, ca se gère tout à fait. Les échanges avec l’agence étaient très fluides et agréables. Ils sont aux petits soins! Nous reviendrons c’est certain!
