Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable apartment, where you can invade closets, sofas and armchairs, and feel just like at home.
As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:
A beautiful living room with large windows offering maximum natural light, a sofa, a flat screen TV, a coffee table and a dining table for 4 people.
A separate kitchen with everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), as well as all the appliances, plus a kettle, a toaster, and a table so you can share your breakfasts with your absolute favorite 2 people, peace and quiet.
A first bedroom with a great king size bed, a walk-in closet/dressing room, a flat screen TV and a private balcony (you can share it with your children or your guests from the other bedroom, if they behave).
A second bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a large walk-in closet/dressing room.
A shower room with everything you will need to take care of yourself (and additional goodies such as beautiful tiles and a trendy towel rack).
Separate toilets, but they don’t mind being on their own (you probably won’t mind either...).
Some highlights:
- Dedicated parking space, just for you. (be aware, the parking spot is based in a another building about 100m from the apartment and you can not park any large models like 4x4 type cars)
- Air conditioning system: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
- Double-pane windows for maximum comfort.
- High Speed Wifi Connection, because all you need is love and wifi…
And, as a bonus:
- A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
- But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.
Some geography, so you know where you are:
After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Pasteur, within less than four and a half minutes walking (unless you are crawling or walking on your hands…) you will be able to pick your favorite activity, including:
Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.
Sip a cocktail (with or without alcohol, depending on your celebrating habits) like a star, on the terrace at the Carlton Hotel.
Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go to work if you are here for business).
Go empty your bank account in the shops on rue d’Antibes.
Go empty your bank account (if you have any money left) at the 3.14 or Palais Casinos.
Relax on a beach lounge chair at the Long Beach (or somewhere else).
Board a train to an unknown (or not) destination.
Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets (whatever time you want to spend there).
To make your life easier:
Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.
Good to know:
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).
