You’re gonna love this magnificent 2-bedroom apartment right in the heart of Cannes! On the menu: beautiful, trendy and stylish !

Let yourself be tempted by this entirely renovated apartment and specially designed for vacation rental. You will find a trendy kitchen with central island, stylish bedside lamps and a cozy sofa..

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

A beautiful living room with access to the balcony, furnished with a comfortable sofa and TV set for relaxing entertainment, a coffee table for cocktails (or for coffee, tea, snacks...) and a high dining table for your meals with family or friends. Cool bar stools included.
A really nice American-style kitchen with central island and everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (“What else?”), as well as all the necessary appliances plus a kettle and a toaster, and all kinds of other kitchen things and tableware items for your daily meals and more.
A first bedroom with a two single beds, a TV set, a desk, storage space, access to the balcony, and as the icing on the cake, a private shower room and toilets, just for you.
A second bedroom with a queen size bed, storage space, flat-screen TV and access to the balcony as well.
A separate bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower and toilets

Some highlights:

Secured building with cool entry system
Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
Double-pane windows for maximum comfort (yes, double, we counted them).
High-speed Internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

And, as a bonus:

A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few short steps down your street, the Rue Molière, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within less than a few minutes (or way more if you walk on your hands):

Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats (5 minutes).
Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès or go work if you are here for business (10 minutes).
Empty your bank account in the stores on Avenue d’Antibes (1 minute to get there, the rest depends on how much money you have).
Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).

A very nice and modern apartment with a great location if you want to live close to the shopping streets, restaurants and the beach. Jeremy and Lauren were great hosts. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. With the central location follows some noise from the city, but that was not a major issue.

Un bel appartement, très spacieux et bien équipé. Bonne literie, linge de lit propre ainsi que les serviettes de toilette. L emplacement est ideal pour acceder a la plage et a la celebre rue commercante, la rue d Antibes. Seul bémol : le bruit nocturne des fêtards, les immeubles sont très proches et il y a une raisonnance de ce fait même fenêtres fermees.

The apartment is very central in Cannes. Ideal for shopping and sightseeing. Nice standard, very well renovated. Appreciated items like washing powder, soap, all electrical devices available. As it is very central it is sometimes a bit noisy from the street as it is close to nightlife. This was not a problem for us. We can highly recommend it.

Overall the stay was great. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured. The bathrooms and kitchen are well equipped. Bedrooms have what look like new beds and all the linen and towels seemed new. Everything was pristine and clean on arrival. The location is amazing, in central Cannes. However the trade off to this does mean early morning street cleaning and maintenance can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper. Had no problem with late night noise, just early morning (5am) noise you get from being in such a central location. There was an initial problem with one of the bedrooms, however Serrendy came up with a quick solution and resolved the matter. Communication with Serrendy team was quick and friendly and they could not have been more helpful from start to finish.
