   Great space with 2 separate bedrooms and open kitchen/living room floorplan. Everything was very modern and tidy. Great location and felt very safe in the building as there is a fob needed to enter the lobby. Would definitely stay here again :)

   A very nice and modern apartment with a great location if you want to live close to the shopping streets, restaurants and the beach. Jeremy and Lauren were great hosts. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. With the central location follows some noise from the city, but that was not a major issue.

   Het ruime appartement is zeker voor 4 personen erg plezierig met twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers. Het contact met de verhuurder liep soepel. Wij hopen ook volgend jaar weer gebruik te kunnen maken van dit appartement.

   Très bel appartement, spacieux, très bien situé, à quelques pas de la croisette, et d'un quartier sympa où sortir le soir. Petit couac à l'arrivée, où le personnel de nettoyage était encore en train de travailler. Je recommande.

    Un bel appartement, très spacieux et bien équipé. Bonne literie, linge de lit propre ainsi que les serviettes de toilette. L emplacement est ideal pour acceder a la plage et a la celebre rue commercante, la rue d Antibes. Seul bémol : le bruit nocturne des fêtards, les immeubles sont très proches et il y a une raisonnance de ce fait même fenêtres fermees.

    The apartment is very central in Cannes. Ideal for shopping and sightseeing. Nice standard, very well renovated. Appreciated items like washing powder, soap, all electrical devices available. As it is very central it is sometimes a bit noisy from the street as it is close to nightlife. This was not a problem for us. We can highly recommend it.

    Overall the stay was great. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured. The bathrooms and kitchen are well equipped. Bedrooms have what look like new beds and all the linen and towels seemed new. Everything was pristine and clean on arrival. The location is amazing, in central Cannes. However the trade off to this does mean early morning street cleaning and maintenance can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper. Had no problem with late night noise, just early morning (5am) noise you get from being in such a central location. There was an initial problem with one of the bedrooms, however Serrendy came up with a quick solution and resolved the matter. Communication with Serrendy team was quick and friendly and they could not have been more helpful from start to finish.
