Let yourself be tempted by this high-standard apartment, ideally located on the edge of Cannes. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, a swimming pool, a tennis court, all this within a gated residential property. This is the perfect setting to spend unforgettable vacations with family. (Works also just for yourself, if you want LOTS of space.)

As far as the layout, things look pretty good:

A sober yet elegant decoration for a "like at home" atmosphere instead of "like at the hotel".
A spacious living room with large bay-windows opening to the terrace, furnished with a dining table for 6 people, a sofa and cozy chairs, a coffee table and TV set.
An open-floor kitchen, equipped with all that you will need during your stay, including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (What Else?), as well as all other appliances.
A first bedroom with a queen size bed, a TV set, a large closet and a private full bathroom with shower and toilets.
A second bedroom, identical to the first, except that the bathroom has a tub instead of a shower (and of course toilets).

Dual heating/cooling system: please use common sense and moderation and avoid setting it to 18 degrees in August (or July), and 30 in December (or any other time when a sweater is required). Thank you.

And, as a bonus:

A Set of (clean) sheets is provided for each bed.
1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few steps on the road to Cannes, you will be able to easily walk down to the small coves and beaches in the area.

And for those who want to explore the coast, within a few minutes drive (or way more if you are driving in reverse or in the first gear) you will be able to:

Reach Cannes and the beaches of the Palm Beach area in less than 5 minutes. (Take advantage of your visit to stop at Jean-Jean for a bite to eat.)
Cruise along the Croisette with the windows open and your hair to the wind, less than 7 minutes away.
Reach the center of Cannes in 10 minutes, then visit the Rue d’Antibes, Rue Hoche, or stroll around the cobblestone alleys in the Suquet area to fill up on souvenirs for he entire family.
Explore the Golfe Juan sea front for a change of scenery, in less than 3 minutes.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 5 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

Extraordinary holiday rental property and an excellent service from Kikiloue

This property is astonishing: from the drive to the secured garage, where you have an allocated parking space, to the magnificent entrance in the building fully covered in mirrored walls and sparkling marble, to the lift which takes you in front of the door. Then you see yourself in this splendid property, with floor to ceiling glass walls offering the most spectacular views of Cap D'Antibes and Juan-le-Pin. The manicured gardens surrounding the building, full of colours, pine and palm trees are another treat to the eyes. The property itself is simply luxurious: granite floors, glass walls, designer furniture and decorations, top appliances in the kitchen, top quality bathrooms, you have to be there to appreciate the luxury of this property. Everything in this property is beautiful, high quality, comfortable ( sofas, chairs, armchairs, beds,duvets, pillows), the kitchen has got absolutely everything and more than needed ( plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pots, cutleries etc), two coffee machines to accommodate both sizes of coffee/tea pods, silent washing and dishwasher machines. TV's with Netflix in all rooms ( we did not watch any tele while there and I cannot advise on the quality of the programmes). This is a fabulous home from home, where the Owner has thought of absolutely every single detail. I would not recommend this property for a family with small children because of the expensive decorations, but this is perfect for a couple or a small family with older/teenage children. There is access to a private beach, which is very quite and intimate, with busier free beaches nearby. The swimming pool is wonderful, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, with travertine paving, which makes the area around it non slip and it never gets hot. The property is located within easy reach distance to Cannes, Golfe Juan, Juan-le-Pin and Antibes. We rented directly from Kikiloue, our experience was smooth, hassle free and Stella is a star. We will definitely return.
