Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable and modern apartment. You'll be able to put away all your belongings in the storage spaces, take over the sofas and armchairs, to feel just like at home.
As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:
A beautiful living room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and a dining table for 4 people.
An open-floor kitchen with a counter, well equipped with all you will need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), as well as all appliances including a toaster, a kettle and all sorts of other dishware, tableware... every ware and everywhere!
A bedroom with 2 single beds, and a walk-in closet. As a bonus, beautiful greenery just outside your window and an Eastern orientation to enjoy sweet and sunny mornings.
A full bathroom with shower and toilets, and, to please the eyes, some beautiful tile work and a “designer” towel rack.
Please note:
- Air conditioning in the bedroom and living room: please use common sense and avoid setting it too low in the middle of July and August.
- Double-pane windows for optimal calm and comfort.
- High-speed Wifi connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
ATTENTION: the apartment is near the train track. Despite the double-pane windows, it is possible to hear the trains go by, but those are low-speed commuter trains and they do not run during the night.
And as a bonus :
- All linen provided (including bedding, bath and kitchen towels, etc...) with 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (the sizes are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them).
- A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee..).
Some geography so you know where you are:
After just a few steps down your street, the Rue Latour-Maubourg, you will be able to pick your favorite activity:
Take a leisurely stroll along the famous Croisette, or either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote controlled boats. (1 to 2 minutes away)
Empty your bank account in the many fine boutiques on the no-less famous Rue d’Antibes. (1 to 2 minutes away.)
Sip a cocktail like a movie star at the Carlton (with alcohol or without, depending on your mood). (1 to 2 minutes away as well.)
Take selfies like a movie star (again) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for business. (13 minutes away)
Empty your bank account (or what's left in it after the visit to Rue d'Antibes) at the “3.14” Casino. (4 minutes away.)
Go take a nap break on one of the beach chairs at the Long Beach beach club (or some other private beach club. (about 4 minutes away)
Board a train to an unknown destination (or to just take a ride along the coast). (13-minute walk)
Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets. (Time varies depending on your physical shape.)
To make your life easier:
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We have a concierge service to fulfill your most basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.
Good to know:
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
