APARTMENT FEATURES:
This 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment features the following floor plan:
- A spacious main living room that includes:
- A lounge area, with a convertible sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.
A dining & kitchen area, with a dining table for 4 people and an open-floor kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve great meals, or just to make great coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).
Two bedrooms:
The first one with a double bed and a large closet/dressing.
The second one, larger, with a closet/dressing as well, a queen size bed and a TV (TNT channels only).
A full bathroom with a large shower and toilets.
A terrace with Eastern orientation and lateral view of the sea, facing the porch of the Martinez Hotel, with the possibility of discretely catching a glimpse of a star or two staying at the hotel, while you sip on a delicious Nespresso coffee, or a cocktail.

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. (Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request with advance notice.)
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)
IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are very small and with prior authorization. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY. Penalties may apply if the apartment policies are not followed.
SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:
After just a few short steps down your street, the lower end of the Rue Latourg-Maubourg, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):
Go skinny-dipping on one of the beaches of the Croisette, take a quiet stroll along the side walk and get some sea air, enjoy the view from one of the benches, try your chess skills at one of the public chess tables, or savor a delicious Italian ice cream from one of the street vendors (5 seconds to get there)
Reach the Palais des Festivals for a selfie on the steps, or a show inside (it's up to you) (10 minutes away).
Go empty your bank account in the many upscale boutiques on the famous Rue d’Antibes (4 minutes to get there).
Take your pick of delicious pastries, gourmet dishes, or exotic cocktails in some of the best eateries along the Rue Hoche. (10 minutes away.)
We recommend the restaurants Le Cirque or La Cantina, for their exquisite cuisine, the Café Hoche for its amazing cocktails and lively Saturday nights, The pizzeria San Telmo for its genuine Italian specialties and the tea lounge Le Volupté with its extensive tea collection and delicious artisan pastries!
Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (time may vary).

For your daily needs, ask us what you would like, like a driver, a bit of housekeeping, additional linen, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you.

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 7 pm will be made via lock box, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box only (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)
