As far as what the apartment has to offer, things look pretty good:
A spacious living room, directly opening to one of the two terraces with a view of the sea. This room includes a lounge area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, and a dining area with a table that sits 6 people.
The main terrace, an al fresco extension of the indoor living, with a dining table for 6 people as well.
A separate kitchen, well-equipped with everything you will need to prepare culinary masterpieces, or just make great coffee in the trendy Krups coffee machine.
The first bedroom suite with a double bed, a closet/dressing, and its own shower room. This bedroom opens to the second terrace, in the back.
The second bedroom, with a double bed and a closet/dressing, offering access to the back terrace as well.
A separate full bathroom with shower and toilets.
Additional separate toilets complete the floor plan.
IMPORTANT
Day or night parties are strictly prohibited: this is a very quiet residential property and any noise disturbance will be reported by the residents.
Pets are not allowed, expect for very small size and only upon prior approval. Please ASK FIRST.
Smokers are invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

A care pack is included upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

After a few steps down your street, the Boulevard Alexandre III, you'll be able to pick your favorite activity, all within a few minutes on foot:
Run errands for your daily needs in the many neighborhood shops.
Pick your favorite local or ethnic restaurant, between the Place de l’Étang and the Palm Beach area.
Head to the Mourré Rouge district seafront and beaches (the fresh-squeezed fruit juices at the Duplex cafe at breakfast time, at the terrace overlooking the sea, are worth the trip)
Explore the famous Croisette area (a dinner at the Écrin restaurant is a must!).
And if you want to explore more points of interests, within a few minutes driving distance you can reach:
The famous Rue d'Antibes: to empty your bank account in its many upscale boutiques.
The emblematic Palais des Festivals: so you can imagine being a movie star and take many selfies on its steps (don't worry, everyone does that), or just go to work if you are here for a convention or trade show.
Board a train for a day trip along the coastal Riviera (there is a public parking at the train station).

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
