INSIDE THE APARTMENT

A spacious living area, with plenty of natural light, will offer you a cozy/comfy lounge space where you can watch your favorite shows on the huge smart TV, and direct access to the small terrace, if you would rather relax al fresco on one of the outdoor chairs.

The kitchen, equipped with the latest appliances including a trendy Delonghi coffee machine, an oven, all kinds of utensils, dishware, glassware, silverware... every ware everywhere.

The two bedroom: both feature a TV set, air conditioning, queen size bed (160cm), a spacious closet/dressing, and direct access from the living room (please note that one of them does not have windows, but a glass partition to bring some natural light from the other bedroom).

A spacious bathroom, featuring marble work, a large shower and a laundry space with washer and dryer (you can pack light).

Important to know: the living room and one of the bedroom overlook an enclosed back courtyard, with a view of/from other apartments windows. Not to worry, shutters and curtains are included for complete privacy when necessary.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

The apartment is on the second floor of the building, accessible via the stairs only (no elevator).

There is no parking on site dedicated to this apartment, however there is a public parking (the parking Lamy) just a short walk from the building. Please let us know in advance if you need us to reserve a parking pass for the duration of your stay.

WHAT'S IN YOUR NECK OF THE WOODS

Right around the property, you will have a choice of restaurants at the Place du Commandant Lamy as well as a little further down the street, on the Rue d'Antibes. A couple of streets away, you will find a small grocery store, a bakery, hair salon / beauty parlor, and more shopping opportunities for your daily needs.

You can reach the center of town, the iconic “Golden Square”, in less than 5 minutes on foot, and the famous Croisette seafront in less than 8 minutes. A visit to the world-renown Palais des Festival will take you about 10 minutes on foot.

For a leisurely stroll to the most popular parts of the old medieval Cannes, the alleys and the Suquet district (especially lively in the evening, you will have to plan on a 20-minute walk.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

The closest bus stop is called the Lorraine stop.
The train station is only 8 minutes walking distance.

Check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (but we are flexible if it is possible depending on availability, please let us know)
