   This property is in perfect location, has great views and close (ish) to the waterfront (5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk). I highly recommend it. Our host Jeremy was amazing, super responsive and proactive. For example, he helped me to arrange a taxi for my mum from the airport (as we were driving from another country).

   The location is wonderfull, very spacy and with a seaside view. The kitchen is well equipped, even with good knives. The pool is very large and deep and extremely well kept. There is a gragae for the cars, but for broader cars it is a little bit difficult to place it in the small compartments. All in all we will come back!

   Superb!! Just book it!!! We were three people that have just stayed mid June (had x2 family members change travel times but it would have been more than big enough for 5 people in two bedrooms) Air con everywhere which in 33 degrees in June was so amazing!! Huge terrace, we went down to the pool a couple of times, which was massive and we were the only ones there About 10 mins to walk to the pointe croisette and see the boats/harbour 15 mins to walk to the big roundabout at the top of rue d’antibes Extremely well stocked kitchen plenty of space inside and out to eat lots of space in fridge and freezer Several supermarkets within approx 8 min walk I’d highly recommend to book - for the space, terrace etc you get so much and views every day of the sea whilst eating and drinking Very quiet at night too for sleeping - the electric shutters ensure a dark room if you need for sleeping The parking space is a very good size - we had no issues I’m already envious of anyone going whilst we are now back home and it’s noticeable cooler :)))

    Everything was as promised - beautiful location, sea views, nice pool, garage for 1 car (needs driving skills to get your car in to - tight fit!), a good kitchen and an awesome master bedroom with an ensuite. Highly recommended.

    Kerst in Cannes is heerlijk!

    Positive: Groot appartement,goed uitgerust, goed uitgeruste keuken. Groot terras op het zuiden. Lekkere banken. Rustig. Negative: Gehorigheid van het appartement. Elke stap van de buren hoor je. Kussens te dik. Ligging: het ligt wel een eindje van het centrum, en terug moet je aardig klimmen. Garagebox super klein. Weinig parkeerplaatsen op het terrein zelf.

    Großes Appartement mit toller Terrasse für max. 4 Erwachsene, Fotos teilweise veraltet

    Positive: Sehr ruhige Lage. Große Terrasse. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Negative: Wir hatten das Appartement vor 2 Jahren bei Booking mit 10 bewertet. Im 2. Schlafzimmer steht statt eines Doppelbettes für Erwachsene nun ein doppelstöckiges Bett für 3 kleine Personen ( unten 2, oben 1). Bett nur ca. 1,80 lang. Für große Erwachsene ungeeignet. Hätten wir nicht kleine Erwachsene dabei gehabt hätten wir das Appartement nicht nutzen können. Das 1. Schlafzimmer ist auch umgebaut, aber besser als vorher. Abwertung, weil veraltete Fotos dabei sind. Eigentlich nur noch für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder geeignet, Beschreibung daher falsch. Sehr schade. Deswegen könnte man es auch als sehr schlecht bewerten, auch weil es deutlich teurer geworden ist.
