   We coulldn’t wish for more. Absolutely perfect ! This house easily accomodates two families. ( just 1 minus I think is the interior, somewhat outdated, could be more french to match the house. ) The location is superb. Antibes and it’s cap has so much to offer for everyone, all in walking distance from this beautiful house. The Serrendy team was pleasantly laid back and yet very professional and hands on. Their support for our required exceptions to the ‘house rules ‘ where taken care of perfectly. A big Merci. We have had the best of times. Thank you

   Great villa. However, a few draw downs away from a full score. * non English speaking staff * no late check out available (11am when check in is 4pm isn’t very generous) * check in staff stuck in traffic and arrived 30 minutes late

   Very nice and friendly welcome. We stayed for a weekend and were quite happy with everything. Interieur design is a little questionable- but after a couple of hours one gets use to it. Rooms are very clean and all air conditions work:) Overall if you‘re looking for a big house in Antibes- definitely worth looking at this house. Great value for money!

   Great house - perfect location, very close to the beach (less than 10 minute walk) but in a really quiet area so best of both worlds! Easy access to shops and restaurants too. House was lovely and very well stocked - although we spent nearly all our time outside!!

   Positive: Very nice house. Big bedrooms. Good beds. Quiet at night. (read that others had problems with partying, they must have been unlucky with someone else renting in the area. We never heard any noise at night. nice pool area. Dining outdoor and indoor. Negative: Cleaning should expect to be better. Dirty glas and plates in cupboard, probably from the last guest. Broken glass in and around the pool. top of a glass bottle in the pool, was not discovered by pool cleaning on day 2. Dusty on the floors. The barbeque outside was out of gas and not something the agency could fix.

    Beautiful house in top location. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had lovely meals and BBQs in the pool house. The house is only 5 min away from the beach and we went for a swim in the sea every morning and had coffee in one of the beach bars. The house had a lot of space so that everyone could find his or her place to relax. We especially liked that the kitchen was close to the pool and pool house. My family loved it !
