   We had a great week here, beautifully renovated place at maybe 100m from the beach and best Italian restaurant in town and boulevard. Modern, high quality equipment and well equipped place. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Only comment that we would have is that the original and authentic windows do not offer much noise isolation and thus the busy and noisy road in front of the apartment does wake you up at night every now and then. (Earplugs could solve that) Pretty sure we will be back!

   We loved our stay with Serrendy! The check in process was super smooth - there was even a last minute issue with our apartment which they resolved very quickly. The apartment was walkable to many bars & restaurants and allowed us to explore Cannes very easily.

   The apartment is nice and the way to the beach and the old town or harbour short. It is fully equipped and the contact to the host very good. For people who like it quiet, I would not recommend it, as there is quite a lot of traffic on the street at night. We didn’t mind that much had a nice stay there and enjoyed Cannes.

    Wonderful property for those looking for nice beach clubs and being part of Cannes hustle bustle.

    Positive: Good location for beaches and restaurants, with very friendly locals living in the same block. The property was very well equipped and clean. Negative: Allot of stairs if you have large luggage or a push chair. Poor wifi.

    By far my most delightful Airbnb experience! I would like to express my gratitude to the Host for their understanding and kindness in allowing us to extend our stay due to our flight being cancelled until almost midnight. The host was very responsive and welcomed us upon our arrival. The apartment itself was perfect for our visit during MIPCOM. I immediately felt at home here. If you enjoy cooking or preparing your own meals, you'll be pleased to know that the kitchen is equipped with every utensil you could possibly need - you won't be lacking anything. The location of the apartment is great as it's just a mere 2-minute walk from d beautiful sea view. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity, and the Palaise De Festivale is just a short 12-minute walk away. Just go ahead and book this apartment without any hesitation. Trust me, I wish someone had told us this when we were wasting time trying to make a decision. It's easily an 8.5 out of 10 and worth every penny.
