Nice apartment off the end of the croisette. Comfortable, clean, matched the description and photos. Serrenedy was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a few hiccups with the parking garage but she and her colleagues were helpful and resolved everything.

Peaceful apartment, a good pit stop and place to relax
Positive: Location close to the Croisette, quiet and peaceful, pleasant greenery/neighbouring apartments in views out, terraces to sit out on accessible via the bedroom and the living room, all necessary equipment, modern shower, good kitchen for preparing meals. A great pit stop for work and holiday trips. Negative: I went during MIPIM week and as a result the apartment was expensive to rent. But hey..I wasn't quite tall enough to open the key box on the wall at the agency - so my gallant taxi driver helped me access my keys - next time I will arrive during office hours to make my arrival easier. Other than that, everything else went very smoothly

Great apartment, exactly what we were looking for and were expecting as per the photos. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom and kitchen, with good facilities. Amazing location, as it was very quiet, but only a five minute walk to the Croisette Serrendy were excellent hosts, responding very quickly when we had the odd minor issue and couldn’t have been more more helpful or friendly.
