Accès à la propriété en 8 minutes en voiture, 15 minutes en bus ou 30 minutes à pied depuis la gare de Cannes.

Après quelques pas dans votre rue, la rue du Cros Vieil, vous pourrez, au choix et en quelques minutes :

Rejoindre la plage du Mouré Rouge pour mettre les pieds dans l’eau ou vous installer en terrasse pour siroter un cocktail.
Profiter de l'ambiance village du Palm Beach et y faire toutes vos emplettes pratiques dans nos jolis commerces (boucherie, boulangerie, pharmacie, supermarché, poste...).
Flâner sur la Croisette pour y faire un tour de Carrousel ou une course de bateaux télécommandés.
Changer d’ambiance et prendre un petit-déjeuner vue mer au Mouré Rouge (restaurant) ou au duplex.

Et en moins de dix minutes en voiture :

Vous rendre au mythique Palais des festivals.

AUTRES INFORMATIONS IMPORTANTES

Stationnement gratuit dans la rue même du logement,box fermé privé en sous-sol et parking public (fermé la nuit) à 4 minutes à pied.

Linge de maison fourni (draps, serviettes, tapis de bain, torchons…)
Les essentiels du quotidien à votre arrivée (gel douche, shampoing, café, eau…)
Service de conciergerie à votre disposition durant la totalité de votre séjour.
Les départs se font jusqu’à 11h et les arrivées à partir de 16h (flexibles selon nos disponibilités bien entendu, n’hésitez pas à nous préciser si vous souhaitez arriver avant ou partir plus tard, nous le ferons avec plaisir chaque fois que cela est possible).
Les arrivées peuvent se faire en personne jusqu'à 22H l’hiver, et 23H en été.
Au-delà de ces horaires les arrivées se font uniquement sur boîte à clefs.
Toutes les boîtes à clefs sont situées en façade de nos locaux, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin à Cannes, et les clefs seront donc à récupérer à cette adresse pour toutes les arrivées en boîte à clefs.

Appartement très confortable en particulier la literie. 2 balcons dont l'un avec vue dégagée et calme total. Très agréable. Bien équipé. L'appartement n'a cependant pas de clim ce qui en ce mois de septembre frais à été sans conséquences. Nos hôtes Jeremy et Lauren ont été ponctuels , précis et réactifs Le parking sécurisé dans la residence est un confort précieux en pleine saison où la pointe croisette est très fréquentée.

We had a great stay in this flat! It is situated just above a mini square with access to a small grocery market, fish shop, pharmacy and bakery, and lies within a 10 min walk to a slightly larger city supermarket (Carrefour). We stayed in the flat for Mipim, and this is a quiet residential area even in those busy fair days. Aporox 30 min walk to Palais the Festival and 5 min to the croisette. The flat is exactly as the pictures shows and the bed is comfortable. The two balconies provide possibilities to eat out in the sun both in mornings and in the afternoon. Jeremy and Lauren are great hosts! Always quick to respond to any questions and really helpful with arranging taxi, baby crib, and a late check in when our flight was delayed for 10 hours! We would definately come back. Thanks for making our week in Cannes truly enjoyable!

On the top floor of a quiet residential building, Jeremy and Laurens lovely apartment offers a welcome hideaway from the bustle of the Croisette, whilst only being a 10 minute walk from the Port. Tastefully decorated, and practically equipped kitchen, a brand new renovated bathroom (a pleasant surprise as photos on this page currently need updating) and two lovely bright terraces.. I couldn't have wished for a better hideaway for my stay.

Bonjour, N’ayez aucune craint sur les prestations de Jeremy et Lauren. Concernant l’annonce il y’a des choses qui ne sont pas indiquées en positifs ( climatisation et salle de bain refaite 😉). La résidence est calme pas de soucis de voisinage. Attention pour aller dans le centre de cannes à pieds prévoir 30 min de marche le mieux est de prendre le bus arrêt à 100M de l’appartement ( le mieux pour la semaine un pass bus 15€ illimité vente en bureau de tabac) si vous êtes amateur de boule super terrain de pétanque à environ 300M avec des restaurants sympathiques. La plage moins de 5 minutes à pied. Bon séjour à tous.

About the host: great service. We followed the instructions as required, and everything worked as expected. We were welcomed by Cassandra, who was great and attentive to our needs. On the location: 300 meters walk to the beach (great one if you are coming with kids), one supermarket in front of the building another bigger one at 100 meters. One meat store and ready meals shop. Bakery at less than 100 meters. On the property: well located, with convenient parking within the building. Two nice balconies, with a table for four and chairs. Within the apartment, good air conditioning system (required if you go in January because it's on the top of the building), complete kitchen and comfortable for 4 people. When we checked in they left nice details, like a 3 in one shower soap, coffee capsules, washing machine pods and soap for the dishwasher. The checkout process was seamless, with us leaving the keys in the apartment. Great choice if you will be visiting Cannes.

Beautiful and clean flat located in a quiet neighborhood. In walking distance to local beaches on Pointe Croisette. We stayed for a business trip during Cannes Lions Festival, so there was much walking to and from the Croisette as Ubers and public transportation were hard to find. The host was great and made everything easy.

Overall the location is amaazing- The apartment is spacious and nice- the only issues i would note is 1- one toilet only and 1 shower 2- parking is literally the smallest and tightest i have ever seen maybe can only fit a smart car and the road leading to it is super tight. But there are parkings around but u have to look for available one. 3- we stayed for 10 days and were only given 3 toilet paper roll and 1 set of towels and bed sheets Other than highly recommended

Positive: Место в тихом и спокойном районе Канн, близко к пляжу. До Круазетт можно дойти пешком. До старого города далеко (он на противоположном конце Круазетт). Боялись, что будет слышно железную дорогу, но её совсем не слышно! Кондиционеры в каждой комнате и в гостиной, что очень важно в жару! Паркинг есть в подземном гараже. Мы всегда находили место на улице, но если пришлось бы воспользоваться паркингом, то Пежо 2008 муж смог бы поставить (только вылезать бы пришлось в узко открытую дверь). Negative: No comment

Positive: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu blisko mariny , nieco na uboczu przy bocznej ulicy, z dala od zgiełku i hałasu, ale dojście do głównej promenady de la Croisette zajmuje tylko około 10 minut. Apartament przestronny z dużym salonem połączonym z kuchnią, super miejsce do wspólnego rodzinnego spędzania czasu przy przygotowywaniu posiłków, jedzeniu oraz w czasie wolnym. Wcale nie jest tak niebiesko jak na zdjęciach... Negative: Jedyny większy mankament to Parking - nieporozumienie, wjazd do podziemia jest tak wąski że średniej klasy samochód ledwie się mieści by go nie porysować, natomiast sam garaż jest co najwyżej na mikrosamochody...
