You’re gonna love this 82m2 apartment, right in the heart of the Palm Beach area! On the menu: everything you need for the most perfect stay in Cannes

Let yourself be tempted by this modern, yet warm and cozy, 2-bedroom apartment that will offer you the most prized benefit of being just 5 minutes away from the Mouré Rouge beach on one side and the Croisette beach on the other. Orange juice at sunrise, cocktails for sundowner, and whatever you want in-between, that’s a pretty good vacation program...

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

A decoration carefully chosen by the owners to render a “like at home” atmosphere instead of “like at the hotel”.
A beautiful living room, opening to the terrace, where you will find (for your own enjoyment) a sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people.
An open terrace with a table for your breakfast or cocktails while sun-bathing.
A large separate kitchen with everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all necessary appliances, including a kettle, toaster, and of course a bunch or dishes, silverware, glasses, etc… There is access to the veranda from here, nice!
A bedroom suite with a king size bed and a private bathroom, plus access to the enclosed terrace with a small office space looking out to the outdoor greenery, that’s cool.
A second bedroom with a king size bed and a large closet.
A second separate bathroom with toilets, bathtub AND walk-in shower.
Separate toilets, but they don’t mind being on their own (and you’ll probably be happy about that too).

Some highlights:

Secured building entrance with cool badges.
Air conditioning system: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
Double-pane windows for maximum comfort.
A dedicated parking spot, just for you (and your nice car).

Please note:
- The dual heating/cooling system is central to the building and is subject to the activation of the cold or hot air by the co-ownership, according to the season (this is true information).

And, as a bonus:

A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee).
But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few short steps down your street, the Avenue Tristan Bernard, you will be able to pick your favorite activity, all withing less than seven and a half minutes (unless you are walking backward or on your hands):

Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to do a little dipping in the sea or find an outdoor café to sip a cocktail.
Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.
Change scenery and go get a sun-tan on a park bench at the Jardin des Hespérides.
Go empty your bank account in the shops on rue d’Antibes.
Talk your family or friends into going to the Place de l’Etang for a pétanque game.

Or, in less than 10 minutes by car:

Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go to work if you are here for business).
Board a train to an unknown (or not) destination.
Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).

Comodo anche il parcheggio privato sotterraneo, oltre a numerosi posti liberi posti in zona. Nelle giornate di sole raccomando una bella colazione con vista mare per una vacanza top!

The apartment is well proportioned with two good size double rooms and a bright open plan living area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very conveniently located cozy apartment with lovely supermarket and delicious bakery right infront of the apartment. As staying with toddler, was good experience, even though almost everyday on the side of the master bedroom there is very loud truck unfolding groceries to the market around 6am. Other than that its a very quiet place. Place itself is very nice, although finish of the apartment is not so new and they need to add some cooking tools. Overall I am satisfied and will probably miss the apartment and that bakery 😊

The location was perfect with a bakery and a supermarket literally just by the apartment building, as well as a butcher and a very nice restaurant nearby. It was also very walkable distance to the beachfront. Host was very responsible and always friendly. We had some issue with the wifi at first, and they sent someone to fix it right away. We had a lovely time and will certainly rebook this if we come again.

Mooie ligging in rustige buurt. Het is een ruim appartement met nieuwe apparatuur in de keuken. Hier is niet op bezuinigd👍. Alles werkte prima. Ook nieuw strijkijzer en een nieuw droogrek (balkon). Veel kastruimte in het appartement. De inrichting id woonkamer is kaal en kil, te fel licht in de spotjes. Bank doorgezakt. Goed werkende airco, alleen de slaapkamer aan de voorzijde was moeilijker koel te krijgen. Het appartement oogt op de foto’s luxe, maar kan beter: vooral bij de badkamers is de afwerking goedkoop gedaan. Ook de buitenkant van het complex oogt armoedig. De entree ziet er wel keurig uit. Parkeergarage onder het gebouw is top! Jammer dat er geen ruimere tafel met 4 stoelen op het balkon stond , nu konden we niet buiten ontbijten.
