You’re gonna love this charming 75m2 apartment where the sweet smell or vacation is always in the air. On the menu: a “like-at-home” atmosphere.

Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable 2-bedroom apartment where having breakfast (or cocktails) with the view of the swimming pool will be your daily treat.

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

A decoration carefully chosen by the owners to render a “like at home” atmosphere instead of “like at the hotel”.
A beautiful living room with bay windows opening to the terrace, with a a comfy sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, sound bar, and a great dining table for 6. And as a bonus, adjustable lights for those who like cozy ambiances.
A magnificent well-equipped open-floor kitchen with everything you need, and especially a Nespresso coffee machine (“What else?”), as well as all the latest appliances such as induction cook-top, a Magimix food processor, a beer maker and a bunch of utensils and tableware… Just bring your culinary skills!
A terrace with dining table, barbecue and electric griddle for unbeatable outdoor meals!
A bedroom suite with private shower room, a king size bed, a large closet a TV set and a desk. There is access to the terrace from here too.
A second bedroom with a double bed and a large closet.
A separate full bathroom near the entrance, with shower and toilets.

Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).

A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
Sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few short steps down your street, the Impasse Ordan, you will be able to pick your favorite activity within less than four and a half minutes (or way more if you walk on your hands):

Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to do some skinny dipping or find a nice spot at an outdoor café to enjoy a drink.
Walk around the Palm Beach area to enjoy its village ambiance and pretend to be a Native while doing your daily shopping in the cute local stores (bakery, butcher’s shop, grocery stores, etc...)
Go savor a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean’s.
Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.
Change scenery and go catch some sun on a bench in the Jardin des Hespérides.
Talk the family or friends into going for a pétanque game at the Place de l’Etang.

And in less than ten minutes by car:

Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go work if you are here for business).
Board a train for an unknown (or not) destination.
Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).

Great location near local Palm Beach for swimming. A 25 minute walk to central Cannes, although we caught Palm Imperial bus a couple of times with bus stop 200 metres from apartment. Good local supermarket, bakery and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Apartment was perfectly presented. Nice pool and outdoor shower for after swimming.

Très bel appartement à 2 pas de la plage du Mouré Rouge. On y est en 5 minutes. Climatisation, Nespresso, tireuse à bière, Magimix : équipement au top. Petite piscine très agréable. Place de parking dans la résidence. Tout y est! Idéal pour des vacances en famille!

Un très bel appartement, vraiment très bien placé avec tout ce qu'il faut. A 5 minutes de la plage ( Belle plage publique) et un accès facile au centre-ville. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour très agréable. les plages publiques de cannes sont très belles et vraiment vastes. Encore merci à Kikiloue de nous avoir trouvé cette belle solution de remplacement pour notre séjour.

A lovely apartment, perfect for 4 people. We really enjoyed our weeklong stay, so much that we would recommend this place to everyone. The pool is a great addition to this place. Private parking was ok, only because our car is very big. It’s exactly as described: close to the beach (with lots of fun for both couples as families). There are a few restaurants nearby. There’s a bakery and a small Casino market close to the apt. Walking to Cannes Centre takes about 30 minutes and is absolutely doable.

Positive: Gute Lage nicht weit vom Strand und der City. Sehr bequeme Betten, super ausgestattete Küche. Toller Pool. Supermarkt und Boulangerie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Negative: Der Platz im Parkhaus ist leider nur für einen Kleinwagen geeignet, so dass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten.

Would love to stay here again sometime.

Positive: The location suited us. It was away from the main activity but accessible if we wanted it. Lovely apartment that was extremely well equipped. Easy access to beaches and water sports. Promenade was walking distance. Free bus service that we never got to use. Pizza Jean is only a couple of minutes away. Sorry we only got to try it on the last night. Negative: Very little to complain about. We could have done with an extra couple of sheets for the fold down bed. We were lucky that we were on the ground floor as the lift wasn't working for the last 3 - 4 days that we were there. Booking through the agents I found that I received a huge amount of emails. Even though I had filled out required forms for arrival and departure, I had to do them again.
