Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable 2-bedroom apartment where you will be able to enjoy your breakfasts (and/or cocktails) comfortably seated on your very own terrace (sorry, toasts, jam and butter not included).

As far as the apartment layout, things are looking pretty good too:

• A decoration carefully chosen by the owners themselves to offer a “like at home” atmosphere instead of a “like at the hotel” feeling.

• A large living room with a wide bay window that opens to the terrace, that includes a dining table for 6 with view of the sea, a convertible sofa bed, coffee table, flat-screen TV and a book collection (guests are allowed to read them, with tender loving care).

• A well equipped separate kitchen with all you will need, and especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all the appliances, kettle and toaster included.

• The terrace with view over both a pool and the sea, furnished with a dining table for 6 on one side and soundbeds on the other.

• The first bedroom suite with a queen size bed, closet and private bathroom with high tub and toilets.

• The second bedroom with a large closet and adjacent bathroom.

• Separate toilets in the entrance, but they don't mind being on their own.

Some highlights:

• Secured building with entry system.
• Air conditioning.
• Double-pane windows for optimized comfort and quiet.
• High-speed Wifi connection because all you need is love and wifi.

And, as a bonus:

• House linen is provided (sheets, pillow cases, kitchen and bath towels...).
• A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
• A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee...).
• But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

As you go out of your apartment to enjoy the sunny day, you will be able to:

• Walk 10 minutes to go breathe some sea air along the Croisette and either take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats (you can also make it in 2 minutes by car).

• Walk 7 minutes or drive for 2 minutes to go discover the alleys in the Palm Beach district where you can try a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean's, get some sun on a bench in the Jardin des Hespérides park, or even convince the whole family or friends to go for a pétanque game at the Place de l’Ètang.

And in less than 10 minutes by car, you can:

• Go take a selfie like a movie star (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go to work if you are here for business)..

• Board a train for an unknown (or not) destination.

• Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

• Change scenery and go check the beaches in Golfe-Juan / Juan-Les-Pins

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
