This 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Palm Beach will offer the whole family all it needs, check this out:

• A contemporary and sober decoration so you can feel at home in our home.

• A beautiful living room with a large bay window opening to the garden, with sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6 people.

• An open-floor kitchen, well-equipped with all you will need during your stay, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (What else?), as well as the latest appliances, dishes and tableware for the whole family.

• A private 130m2 landscaped garden where you will be able to relax any time on sun-bathing chairs or comfortable sofas. As a bonus: view of the swimming pool.

• A bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. This room opens to the garden.

• A bedroom suite, with a large double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilets. This rooms opens to the back-end of the garden.

• A second bathroom with shower, separate near the entrance, with toilets as well.

• Secured building entrance with locking system.
• Air-conditioning.
• Double-pane windows for maximum comfort.
• High-speed wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.

And, as a bonus:

• House linen is provided (bed sheets, bath towels, bath rug, kitchen towels) including 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Unfortunately, the size are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them.
• A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
• A survival kit upon arrival (and yes, including coffee).
• But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, to know where you are:

• After a few steps down your street, the Ordan dead-end street, you will be able to pick your favorite destination, within less than 3 minutes on foot :
• Reach the Mouré Rouge beach at 100 meters to do some skinny dipping or sip a cocktail at an outdoor cafe.
• Enjoy the local ambiance of the Palm Beach area and do your daily shopping among locals in the beautiful boutiques (butcher's, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store...).
• Go savor a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean's.
• Stroll along the Croisette to take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.
• Change scenery and go get a sun-tan on one of the park benches in the Jardin des Hespérides.
• Talk the whole family, or friends, into going with you for a pétanque game at the Place de l’Etang.

And in less than 10 minutes by car, you can:

• Go take a selfie (don't worry, everyone does it) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go work if you are here for business).
• Board a train for an unknown (or known) destination.
• Use your imagination while walking around the city center but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

• Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 30 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 9 pm, 40 Euros after 10 pm and 50 Euros after 11 pm (sleeping time is expensive). Sorry, no arrivals after midnight (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
