What more could you ask for for your stay in Cannes beside a newly renovated, well-appointed apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace to die for? Being close to the city center on foot? Done! A swimming pool ? Done too!

In this apartment, specifically designed for short-term rentals, you will be able to enjoy the following:

A beautiful living room with bay-windows opening directly to a dream terrace and that includes a convertible sofa, a TV set and also a dining area for 6 people.
A fully equipped separate kitchen, with all you will need, and especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all the appliances and tableware you could dream of.
The first bedroom with a queen size bed, a large closet, a private bathroom and as a bonus, direct access to the terrace so you can have sunny breakfasts right out of bed.
The second bedroom with queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with shower.
The highlight of this apartment, the terrace with its 40m2 of space you can use for evening cocktails, al-fresco meals or any other play time or quiet moments you can think of.

Access to the nice swimming pool on property.
Underground garage.
Dual cooling/heating system: please use common sense and avoid setting it to 18 degrees C in the middle of August (applies to July too).
High-speed Wifi connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
Secured residential property.
All shopping within 2 minutes walking distance.
City center within 5 minutes walking distance.

And, as a bonus:

A set of clean bed sheets is provided for each bed.
1 large and 1 small bath towel is provided per person. Unfortunately, the size are not adjustable to each person, no matter how one may stretch them.
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee...).
But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

After a few steps down your street, the Avenue Isola Bella, you will be able to:

Enjoy the neighborhood “village” atmosphere of the Montfleury district while shopping in its cute shops and boutiques (bakery, pharmacy, wine shop, florist, grocery store) all within 25 seconds.
Explore the city center by reaching the Rue d'Antibes (5 minutes on foot, or 15 if you walk on your hands).
Go for a walk along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats (or more quietly go sip a cocktail at the Long Beach café), all this within a 13-minute walk.
Go take a selfie like a movie star (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (15 minutes on foot).
Use your imagination while discovering the city center but only by walking on the odd-numbered side of the streets (variable timing depending on which sidewalks you use).

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).

Location pour 10jours pr 6 personnes , localisation correcte, appartement tres propre et rénové, volet électrique, residence bien sécurisée, bien équipé (machine nespresso, vaisselle, lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro onde, four, seche serviette salle de bains, sèche cheveux, toilettes séparés, 2 salles de bains et 2 chambres, et canapé lit double au salon, petit jardinet agréable qui donne sur le jardin de la residence.

Nous avons passé un peu plus de une semaine dans l'appartement et je vous assure qu'il a des prestations de qualité dans le logement. Dans la cuisine il y a tout ça qu'il faut, la piscine parfaite, l'emplacement pas loin de la gare et de la plage. le petit extérieur est bien pour passer de bonnes moments et pour prendre un repas en famille pour exemple, les chambres tellement confortables lumineuses et grandes, enfin je serais ravie de revenir vers eux une deuxième fois! En plus la communication aussi parfaite, claire et rapide et la ponctualité un de ses point forts.

Une adresse idéale à Cannes été comme hiver.

Positive: Appartement idéalement situé:10 mn à pied de la rue d'Antibes , 10 mn à pied de la gare, proche des commerces:une voiture n'est donc pas nécessaire.La résidence est situés dans un parc et la vue de l'appartement vers une propriété"classée" est superbe.La piscine située dans le parc est vaste mais en plein hiver impossible bien sûr d'en profiter. L'appartement est très agréable ,déco moderne, avec un grand séjour donnant sur l'extérieur en rez de jardin avec une vaste terrasse située plein sud où l'on peut prendre ses repas et profiter du soleil . Belle cuisine italienne avec tout le nécessaire.Literie très confortable et bonne insonorisation. Negative: Pas grand chose. Attention, si vous voulez louer une voiture(mais encore une fois cela n'est pas nécessaire si vous comptez rester à Cannes)l'emplacement de parking parait étroit donc évitez de choisir une grande cylindrée.

Excellent apartment with lovely communal pool in a great location.

Positive: location was excellent short walk to the shore at Cannes and plenty of restaurants on the route. Negative: Garage to park the car was small. only one WC each room has a shower but not toilet.

Fantastic flat with large terrace, swimming pool, park, and garage !

Positive: This is the second time I stay in this apartment The owners have done a lot of improvement this last year bringing this flat from very good to exceptional. The large terrace has been redone, offering nice comfort, with tables, chairs and couch. The flat is very clean and cosy and the two bedrooms have comfortable beds. The flat has been nicely redecorated. I love the kitchen ! Wifi works very well. The garage is an asset in this area, even if a bit on the small side. The building is set in a great private park with a nice swimming pool. It was nice to be able to have a walk in the park, hearing the birds sing. The bakery near the flat is very good and the next door supermarket has just everything you can imagine ! Great restaurants around. Rue d'Antibes 5 minutes away and La Coisette between 8 to 10 minutes' walk. We will be coming back ! Negative: Having to leave the place !
