   The apartment is located in a residence with a very large, beautiful park in a quiet location with a fantastic sea view. We liked our stay very much, the equipment of the apartment is above average: - The kitchen has plenty of cutlery, glasses, plates, there are tablecloths for inside and outside, a bottle of water, clean towels and warm blankets. - The kitchen appliances are high quality, the bathrooms are very clean and modern (like the rest of the apartment). - For the first days there is toilet paper, detergent, soap, cleaning products, top! We were positively surprised by this equipment, you do not get that with every provider. You notice as a guest that the host pays attention to detail here, nothing is missing, you enter the apartment and feel right at home, because everything necessary is there. The couch can be enlarged to a sleeping place, in addition, an inflatable mattress is ready with bedding, here you are guaranteed to find a place to sleep. Even tennis rackets were ready (the park has tennis courts). The host is very helpful and professional. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment, our host quickly arranged everything with the reception of the residence, the residence staff was very friendly and helped us. With such a good host in such a residence you will feel well taken care of! We have rented a few apartments on Airbnb before, but this stay topped everything. We will definitely come back, we are already planning our next stay with this host. Thank you so much for the pleasant time in your apartment!

   Great 2 weeks here will definitely be back. High quality appliances. Pool was never too busy. Always plenty of chairs. The shuttle bus was unreliable so we got left waiting at the Gare a couple of times. I would suggest checking with reception whether driver is going or not. Got the 6B bus outside the gate into Cannes which was very handy and good value. A good 20 minute walk to get to supermarket.

   Falls wir wieder kommen würden, würden wir die Wohnung wegen der Lage und des Ausblicks wieder buchen .

   Positive: Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, wir waren mit den Vespas da und haben von dort aus die Umgebung besichtigt. Die Wohnungen war sehr sauber mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Negative: Die Einrichtung war praktisch, in der Küche war alles da was man braucht, wie Wohnung war jedoch etwas lieblos ohne schöne Accessoires eingerichtet . Das Bett im Gästezimmer war zu schmal für ein zweites Paar.

   Excellent place.., but unresponsive agency

   Positive: lovely grounds and swimming pool. refuge from hectic pace of Cannes. clean newly redone apartment responsive people in the office on grounds Negative: air conditioning didn’t work. agent Kikilouie said he’d send repairman but didn’t .. nor did he call back. we opened all windows/doors to sleep.

   This was a secure and pleasant place to stay. Great for a short break/long weekend

   Positive: A great view from the balcony. the rooms were simple, uncluttered and clean. The kitchen was equipped with very good appliances and there was a good supply of crockery and cutlery, glasses, etc. the showers and bedrooms were perfect sizes and well fitted out and furnished. Negative: The lift was ridiculously small, that only one person with a case can use it at a time. the kitchen needs at least one larger chefs knife and the small knives were blunt. The air conditioning systems worked very well, but had poor controls
