Treat yourself to a great vacation while staying in this this luxurious 90m² 3-bedroom apartment which is fully renovated! Featuring a terrace, parking, and a prime location in the upscale Palm Beach district of Cannes, only steps from all convenience shopping and the famous Croisette seafront.

Apartment floor plan:

A spacious living room, with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people, that opens to the terrace where you will find another dining table which sits 6 people.
A large semi-open kitchen, with access to the terrace as well, well equipped with everything you will need, including a trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?)
3 bedrooms with the following setup:

A bedroom suite, opening to the terrace, with a queen size bed, a shower room with built-in double sink and toilets. There is also a large closet and really cool nightstand lamps.

2 other bedrooms with queen size beds, flat-screen TVs, both sharing the same connecting shower room.

Separate toilets but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either).

A map of the city and transportation and a guide of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.

Some geography so you know where you are:

After just a few short steps down your street, the Avenue des Hespérides, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

Reach the Mouré Rouge Beach to do some skinny dipping or find a quiet spot on a terrace and enjoy a cocktail. (About 3 minutes away depending on you walking speed.)
Go for a stroll on one end of the Croisette and walk along the Port Canto harbor to admire the luxury yachts (and maybe spot your next purchase...)
Get some sun on a park bench at the Jardin des Hespérides or convince your entire family to follow you for a Pétanque tournament at the Place de l’Étang.

And within a few minute drive you can enjoy these activities:

Explore the other side of the Croisette seafront (center of town side) and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats.
Go empty your bank account in the trendy boutiques of the Rue d’Antibes
Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a trade show.
Board a train for a ride along the coastal Riviera, or beyond.
Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

And to make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay. We have a concierge service for whatever you may need!

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 8 pm will be made via lock box at no charge, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box ONLY (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).

The apartment is top quality and in a wonderful neighborhood. Ideal for families with kids as it gets quiet at night. Some nice stores, including a delicious bakery, down the street. About a 10-minute walk to the closest Croisette beach (which is nicer than the beach on boulevard Gazagnaire). I would not hesitate to rent from Serrendy again. The service was perfect and the apartment was spotless on arrival. A couple of quick hits just to improve the place: •the air conditioning in the living room is very weak based upon where the vents are located (it's fine in the bedrooms...maybe they can add a fan to help circulate the air better) •the HVAC machine is on the balcony and the A/C needs to be shut off inside with everyone on the terrace so that the HVAC machine does not blow hot air onto the guests. Maybe it can be repositioned to blow the hot air into the street? •they should provide two keys/remotes for the garage entry since it can hold two cars. Having only one made it complicated to coordinate with a large group of people (the apt can hold up to 6 people, and sometimes we did our own things because of kids, etc.). Luckily the neighborhood is generous with free street parking. None of these things negate the WONDERFUL stay we had made possible by Serrendy. Still a 5-star experience.

We had a great and comfortable stay. The apartment is very clean and very nice and location is great and safe. The washing machine and dryer are great help because we like travelling light. We loved that it is near the boulangerie, grocery store, pharmacy, bus stop and La Croisette. We can also walk to the many restaurants along La Croisette. We appreciated very much the quick responses to our inquiries. We are very grateful to Serrendy for letting us stay. We had a wonderful time in Côte d’Azur.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Serrendy per 5 notti ed eravamo in 4 adulti , 2 bambini e 1 neonato . L’appartamento è molto spazioso e luminoso e dispone di tre camere e due bagni , un salotto molto grande e la cucina . È presente anche un garage doppio : per chi come noi è arrivato con due macchine questo servizio è molto comodo . L’appartamento è situato in una quartiere molto silenzioso e dispone di tutti i servizi primari a pochi passi (farmacia - panetteria - market) Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità di Serrendy in fase di check in in quanto ci ha permesso di arrivare alle 11.00 nonostante il check in era programmato per il pomeriggio. Serrendy è molto tempestivo in fase di risposta ; purtroppo abbiamo avuto un guasto al riscaldamento il secondo giorno e nel giro di due ore dalla segnalazione del problema ci hanno portato delle stufette per rimediare. Consiglierei comunque sia l’appartamento per chi volesse vedere Cannes e Serrendy come affidabilità

I enjoyed staying at Serrendy's apartment during my recent trip to Cannes. Group of three, business purposes. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt right at home. Here are a few reasons I highly recommend this place: The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the Palais. The interior design is fine, clean and straightforward. The condo was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen, iron, hairdryer, and relatively good Wi-Fi. Most importantly - the apartment is renovated, looks new, and aligns with the photos. Communication with the host was seamless. It's evident that they genuinely care about their guests' experience.
