THE APARTMENT

A beautiful living room with access to the balcony, sofa and TV, as well as a dining area that can accommodate up to 8 people.
A large American-style kitchen with central island, and equipped with everything you’ll need, including upscale equipment and furniture.
A first bedroom with king size bed, storage space and its very own private shower room.
A second bedroom with queen size bed, storage space, flat screen TV and access to a connecting balcony as well.
A third bedroom with two single beds and a desk.
A bathroom with double sink.
Separate toilets.

If you favor sobriety and efficient comfort without frills wrapped in a modern style, if you want to spend your stay without driving in the summer traffic, if you want to experience all the activities in the heart of Cannes without trading off your comfort, then this apartment was made for you.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 4 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Once you step out of your building, located on Rue Molière, within less than a few minutes you will be able to:

Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront.
Do some shopping in the upscale boutiques along the trendy Rue d’Antibes.
Reach the steps of the iconic Palais des Festivals.
Take a train ride along the coastal Riviera and discover the spectacular landscape.
Explore the medieval district of Le Suquet.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

There are bus stops at the foot of the apartment building.
The train station is 4 minutes away on foot.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Free parking is available in the same street as the apartment and there is a public parking not even 1 minute away on foot.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc...)
Daily essentials upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc...)
A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.

Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.

Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm in winter, and 11 pm in summer.

After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock-boxes.

All the key lock-boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.

El apartamento esta muy nuevo y la decoración muy bonita, igual que en las fotos, esta muy bien ubicado, a dos calles del paseo y muy céntrico, lo único es que no tenia tostadora y tiene dos lavabos con ducha y bañera pero solo tiene un inodoro. La atención de la agencia perfecta, hubo comunicación constante.

The property was exactly as listed. Super clean, and incredibly convenient with less than a 5 minute walk to the Croisette and a stone's throw from restaurants and shopping. Property was ready upon arrival and communication with the host was very fluid. We were quite pleased with the amenities and would definitely book this property again. Also a huge plus - there is central air and it was ice cold. All around winner.
