Imagine an elegantly decorated apartment basting in sunlight, a terrace surrounded by greenery and with a wide view of the coast, a sublime swimming pool on the property, all this only a few minutes from the beaches and the center of town… Welcome to Cannes!

This upscale and elegant 2-bedroom apartment offers the following features:

A beautiful living room opening to the terrace, with two comfy sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining area for 4 people.
The icing on the cake, a.k.a. the terrace, with a dining area for up to 4 people and a view with a choice of sea, hills or swimming pool, depending on which direction you are looking.
A well-equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare great meals, or just to make great coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?), and of course dishware, silverware, glassware and every ware, everywhere.
A first bedroom suite with its bathroom with shower and toilets, featuring a queen size bed, plenty of storage space, large bay windows and direct access to the terrace.
A second bedroom with a single bed
A second bathroom with shower and toilets as well.

Large private parking lot within the property for all tenants (there are always free spots even during the peak of the season).
Wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
Absolute peace and quiet location (the noise from the wild green parakeets that have made this property their home is not considered as a nuisance)
AND AS A BONUS

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.

SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

After a very quick ride by car (or bicycle), you will reach the Avenue Maréchal Juin, a main thoroughfare that will lead you to the following points of interests in less than four and a half minutes:

The famous Rue d’Antibes, with its trendy luxury boutiques, leading you to the center of Cannes.
The no less famous Croisette, for a stroll along the beach and maybe to spot some movie stars.
The Port Canto harbor, if you feel like renting a luxury boat (or just sit on a bench along the docks and watch people or dream about renting a luxury boat).
The Bijou Plage or the L'Ecrin beach clubs, to try one of their amazing cocktails (with or without alcohol depending on your preference).

And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen und ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Einziger, aber wesentlicher Nachteil ist die Wohnungsvermittlung. Das beauftragte Büro (Serrendy) ist eine Katastrophe: Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir sehr viel Druck machen, dass überhaupt ein Mitarbeiter zur Übergabe erschienen ist. Entgegen unseren Wünschen konnte dann die Übergabe auch nicht um 16.00 Uhr, sondern erst gegen 18.00 Uhr stattfinden. (dies wurde mit der Erkrankung des Sohnes begründet - eine Ersatzperson wurde nicht gestellt). Die uns zuvor überlassenen Informationen zum Selbst - Check-in waren fehlerhaft. Darin wurde empfohlen, in einem öffentlichen Teil des Parkhauses zu parkten. Bei der Wohnung gibt es kein Parkhaus! Auch bei unserer Abreise weigerte sich der Mitarbeiter persönlich zu kommen - er habe heute frei. Die dann benannte Ersatzperson kam nicht und uns wurde empfohlen, die Schlüsse und den "Pip" für die Einfahrt in der Wohnung zurückzulassen und die Wohnung zu verlassen. Eine Abnahme fand nicht statt! Dieses Verhalten der Verwaltung ist unprofessionell.

The suite is located in one of the nicest areas of Cannes. It's relatively close to all you need ( beach, restaurants and the city center are in walking distance, max 20 minutes). Without a car it might be a bit difficult for a family with kids but we could easily manage it with the help of a buggy. The suite has an amazing view of the sea and it's well equipped. The complex has a pool (open in the summer) and a beautiful garden.

Tolle Lage des Apartments mit traumhaftem Blick aus beiden Zimmern! Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind sehr hochwertig und angenehm. Die Küche und das Geschirr passen nicht ganz ins Bild. Der Service von Serrendy war wieder sehr professionell und gastfreundlich. Merci beaucoup!

Clean and pleasant place to stay in Cannes – fabulous view! The wifi was not working on arrival but the staff came and fixed it immediately. The walk into town is lovely but the walk home can be quite steep so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. Would stay again.

The air conditioner remote wasn’t found upon arrival with hostess, and one bedroom is in a rear corner of apartment witch meant it remained very hot at night without any air circulation, so on second night found it quite inconfortable since there was very little wind coming through patio’s door and the 3rd night it was worst,he tried sleeping on veranda floor. We left next morning very early and discussion with hostess witch had been going on since first day was finally resolved with help of Airbanb people…almost to our approval…but Airbanb did good
