Fully renovated apartment with terrace, equipped with the latest amenities and situated on a quiet one-way street on a upper floor of a small residential building. The property features a private parking and a prime location less than a 6-minute walk to the beaches of the famous Croisette as well as to the heart of Cannes and its trendy points of interest... (You'll be happy campers... we mean happy renters.)

Regarding the apartment features, things look pretty good with the following:

• An elegant decoration, lovingly selected by the owners to offer a “like at home” atmosphere rather than a “like at the hotel” feeling.

• A beautiful living room with a convertible sofa, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and a dining table for 4 people.

• An open-floor kitchen with a bar counter and all the equipment you will need to cook like a Chef, or just to make great coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else?).

• A bedroom with a cozy double bed, perfect for cuddling, a large closet/dressing, and access to the terrace.

• A bathroom with a shower and some really nice tile work.

• Separate toilets, but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either).

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.

SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Lacour, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, located only a few minutes away on foot (or more if you decide to walk on your hands):

Empty your bank account in the upscale boutiques on the Rue d’Antibes (3 minute-walk).
Stroll along the famous Croisette and if you want, either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats (6 minutes away).
Sip a cocktail at the Carlton like a movie star, and maybe see one (6 minutes away as well)
Go take selfies like the movie stars, again (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or go to work if you are here for a trade show). (20 minutes away)
Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (time is up to you and your legs).

And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
