You're gonna love this stylish and comfy 70m² apartment in the heart of downtown Cannes! It's the ideal location if you are here for a convention, or just to explore Cannes with friends but without a car!

Imagine a place to stay, within a short walk from EVERYTHING you'll need: city main streets, beaches, Palais des Congrès, train station, all kinds of restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques and other points of interests...And imagine as well that this place is a large 4-bedroom apartment, entirely renovated, tastefully decorated and specially designed for the perfect vacations... Welcome home... Your home, that is ;)

This apartment features the following:

A large living room with a sofa and a TV for relaxing, a coffee table for cocktails (or coffee...) and a dining table for all your meals, with family, friends, colleagues, etc... Also works if you are alone, if you like the space all for yourself.
An open-floor kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve great meals, or just to make great coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?). You will find utensils, dishware, silverware, glassware, tableware... basically every ware everywhere... here and there.
A first bedroom (deep blue theme) with a queen size bed (160cm) and a closet/dressing.
A second bedroom (yellow theme), that is exactly the same as the first one, bed size and closet, except for the color.
A large bathroom with shower, adjacent to both bedrooms.
A third bedroom (suite for this one, and with light blue theme), with queen size bed, closet/dressing and its own little shower room.
Separate toilets near the entrance, but you might be glad they are on their own.

** APARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:**

Dual cooling/heating system: please use common sense and avoid setting it to 18 degrees C. in the middle of August, and 35 C. in winter.
Double-pane windows for optimal calm and comfort.
Wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
Upscale finishes and tastefully decorated.

AND AS A BONUS

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person (sorry, the “adjust-to-person-size” option was not available). Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...).

IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed except small sizes and upon approval. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY. (Subject to penalties if house rules are not followed.)

SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

After just a few short steps in your street, the Rue Jean Jaures, you will be able to enjoy the following activities within a few short minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

Stroll along the Croisette and if you want, either go for a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote control boats. (5 minutes to get there.)

Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a convention. (5 minutes away too.)

Empty your bank account in the many upscale boutiques on the famous Rue d’Antibes.(1 minute to get there, more to empty your account, depending on its size.)

Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (time depends on your legs and feet).

And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).

Everything went well, would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend the place. Convenient location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Just note that the building (like most) does not have an elevator and the apartment is on the second floor.

L'appartement correspondait à la description : joli et bien équipé. Par contre, la rue n'est pas la mieux fréquentée et l'immeuble n'est pas dans un très bon état (cage d'escalier sale, du bruit avec la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble qui claque jusqu'à tard dans la nuit). L'appartement est bien insonorisé et c'est tant mieux car on entend malgré tout le bruit du train (gare à proximité) et du périphérique (visible depuis les chambres). En résumé, l'appartement est très agréable mais tout de même un peu cher, en rapport qualité prix, du fait de ces petits moins.

Lovely relaxed holiday in a great location.

Positive: Lovely light and modern apartment. It was great that dishwasher and washing cubes were provided. Negative: The sofa was low and uncomfortable giving us backache. It would have been helpful if there had been a lot more coat hangers in each room and adequate space to hang up all the towels in both the en-suite and main bathroom.

Mickael and his house manager were amazing! He was flexible on our check-in time and his house manager was beyond helpful and attentive to any and every need we had. I fell prior to arriving their was in a lot of pain and she was the nurse I needed in the midst of the emergency. The home was beautiful and clean and short ride to the Cannes Festival activities we needed to attend. I am beyond grateful for the response times from the owner Mickael and his team. Was it pricey yes but considering the time of year was a great deal that comfortably housed our staff with some privacy when needed across the team. I can't wait to stay here again! Thank you Mickael & Alhlem!! You both were God sends during a very busy time!!

This apartment is great, clean, well set up with everything you need. As others have said, things to note are: one toilet, but two bathrooms. The apartment is on the second floor via stairs. It's a great modern apartment and good location. Worked very well for my team who were staying for Cannes Lions festival.
