You're gonna love this entirely renovated apartment, located right on the seafront, just steps from the beaches, with the Lérins Islands as a backdrop... And a short stroll from the upscale district of the Palm Beach. Everything you will need to spend the perfect vacation in Cannes is there: your choice of beaches at the Mouré Rouge (30 second away on foot) or on the famous Croisette seafront.

The apartment offers the following floor plan:

A spacious living room, opening directly to the terrace, furnished with a large sofa, a smart TV and a dining table for 6 people.
A large open-floor kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve wonderful meals (or re-heat wonderful take outs).
A first bedroom, accessible from the kitchen area, with a queen size bed, a closet/dressing and a wall TV.
A second bedroom, smaller and with 2 bunk beds.
A shower room with toilets.
And of course, on the outside, the superb terrace with a breathtaking view of the see and the Lérins Islands.

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. (Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.)
A map of the city and transportation with booklet of must-see places (and must-not).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)
A team to assist you 7 days a week (and 24h/day in case of emergency) during your stay.

IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.

SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

After just a few short steps outside the building, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a three-minute walk (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

Reach the Mourré Rouge beach (30 seconds away) or the ones along the famous Croisette seafront (3 minutes away) to do some skinny dipping or have a seat at an outdoor cafe and enjoy a cocktail.
Walk to the sea base of Mouré Rouge (where you can rent all kinds of fun things like small sailboats, paddle boards, sea kayaks, etc...) or the Scuba Diving Center, and try an underwater adventure.
Pick one of the neighborhood restaurants and enjoy a delicious meal in a calm and warm atmosphere (contact us for the best seafood restaurant, on Place de l'Étang).
Go get a take out pizza at Jean-Jean's (the small food truck nearby on the plaza).
Relax on one of the park benches or at one of the outdoor cafes on the Place de l'Étang and watch the Pétanque players enjoy their favorite activity.
Go admire the kit-surfers performances at the end of the beach (their favorite spot).

And in less than seven minutes by car, you will be able to reach the following points of interests:

The Palais des Congrès: to take selfies on its steps like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) or just go to work if you are here for a trade show.
The Cannes train station: where you can board a train for a ride along the spectacular coastal line.
Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).

Wonderful place. Clean, spacious, and very quiet. The ocean views are unbeatable. Communication was easy and so was checking in and out. I highly recommend! If you’re going for any of the Cannes festivals, it’s about 30 mins walking to the Vieux Port. Ubers and taxis are easy enough to get. And walking home in the evening felt safe.

Inside the flat is quite nice . The view is amazing. It is also very accessible to the beach that is not too touristic. you literally walk out of the building and in 10 steps you are on a beautiful public beach.The place is a 20 minutes walk to main touristic area but not in it. So it feels quite peaceful and private. 2 very nice local restaurants are right next to the building. The building is old but clean and the flat is renovated. The room with double bed is great, the other room is quite small but practical. Host was responsive and nice.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Cannes. Die Unterkunft war schön und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage direkt am Meer war sensationell. Das Appartement ist direkt am Strand und somit wunderbar zum baden gehen jeden Tag. Am Strand waren auch nicht zu viele Menschen und es hatte immer schön Platz zum gemütlich den Tag verbringen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber man braucht sehr viel Geduld bis man einen freien findet. Auch Ausflüge in die Stadt Cannes waren zu Fuss gut machbar. Restaurant können wir das "La Dolce Vita" empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Appartement buchen. Danke an Serrendy für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Cannes. Prachtige locatie, wel torenhoge borg..

Positive: Zoals altijd aan die kant van Cannes: het uitzicht, de sfeer, het strand op een paar meter afstand. Niet het chique gedeelte "om de hoek", maar lekker gewoon! Negative: Absurd hoge borg, 1.500 euro !! Niet hoeven te betalen, maar toestemming geven om, als we wat zouden beschadigen, er een gedeelte ingehouden zou worden. Bij binnenkomst zagen we wat beschadigingen, en ik heb gelijk foto's gemaakt. Het was een puzzel van meerdere dagen om dat bij de verhuurder aan te tonen, maar ik heb doorgezet. Ik wil niet betalen voor beschadigingen van vorige huurders. Zoiets drukt wel op het vakantiegevoel. We waren er 8 dagen, en pas na 6 dagen begreep ik dat de foto's eindelijk op de juiste plaats waren aangekomen. Heeft allemaal wel voor wat stress gezorgd, en dát in de vakantie ...
