PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
To start the tour with the outdoors, you will enjoy a superb unobstructed view of the hills, which you can admire from one of the deckchairs by the swimming pool, in the shade of a palm tree.
No surrounding noise and no peeking from side neighbors will disturb your peace or privacy. Only the songs of the birds and cicadas will be the sounds of Nature when you wake up each day during your vacation.
A fully equipped summer kitchen (fridge, freezer, wood oven, barbecue, griddle grill, etc...) completes this exterior, as well as a raised terrace with a table for 10 to 12 people which can accommodate your largest family meals.
You will also enjoy a spacious flat landscape (however, keep an eye on your little ones: supervision is still necessary because there are many places to hide.)
This is the ideal spot to enjoy some dolce vita time on the Riviera.
And for the icing on the cake, and not to worry about anything, a daily housekeeping service is available as an optional service (note: subject to additional fee, must be requested at least one week before your arrival).
Inside the villa, the 330m2 total living space, tastefully decorated with care and love, is built on two levels and divided into 3 main areas, featuring the following arrangements:
On the ground level you will find:
A main day/living area featuring:
A spacious living room with smart TV and opening to the outdoors.
A large well-equipped open-floor kitchen, with upscale furnishing and appliances.
A guest powder room/toilets.
Direct opening to the terrace furnished with a patio lounge set, the outdoor dining table and the summer kitchen.
A main night/sleeping area with the following:
A first suite-type bedroom, with a double bed, closet/dressing and private shower room.
A second bedroom, ideal for children, which includes a baby crib and a changing table, a convertible sofa (for one person), a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and its connecting bathroom.
A parental bedroom suite with a double bed, TV, terrace, mezzanine office/study area, and a private shower room and a large dressing.
On the lower level (which can be closed and have independent access if necessary) you will find, another kitchen, a second living space, 3 other bedrooms and two other bathrooms, in the following arrangement:
A first bedroom with a double bed and a dresser.
A second bedroom with a double bed and a closet/dressing.
A full bathroom with toilets connected to the two first bedrooms.
A third suite-type bedroom with a double bed, a small TV and a private shower room.
A staircase will lead you to another living space which includes:
A lounge area with a convertible sofa (for one person) and a TV.
A third kitchen, open-floor with a central island and a dining table for 4 to 6 people.
Separate toilets.
An additional terrace with outdoor dining table for 4 to 6 people.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 10 minutes by car from the train station in Cannes or the one in Vallauris/Golfe-Juan.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.
You have your own car? There is space on the property around the villa for up to 7 cars.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
In addition to being less than 10 minutes from the town of Golfe-Juan, you will be able to:
Visit Cannes and enjoy its beaches, its iconic Croisette seafront and Palais des Festivals, in less than 15 minutes by car.
Head to the quaint town of Juan-Les-Pins, for a night out, diner on the beach or a quiet afternoon at a private beach club, less than 15 minutes away as well.
Explore the picturesque Provencal village of Biot, within 20 minutes, and meander along its cobblestone alleys or try the old-town creperie and their delicious Grand-Marnier crepes.
Drive down to the city of Antibes, also 20 minutes away, for a visit to the Marineland aquatic park, to the emblematic old part of town, or just to enjoy a day at the beach.
Discover the lively village of Valbone and try one of its numerous cafes and restaurant around the main plaza. Less than 20 minutes to get there.
And for a must-see unique point of interest, visit the town of Grasse and its world-renown perfumeries, within 25 minutes by car.
