The apartment features the following:

• A spacious main living room with this floor plan:
• A kitchen area, well equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve gourmet meals, and a central island/dining table for 6 people.

• A wide opening to the spectacular terrace featuring another dining table for 6 people and a patio lounge set. And of course, a panoramic view including the property swimming pool in the foreground, the Cannes coastline and the Lérins islands in the background.

IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are very small and with prior authorization. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.

SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

From the gate of the property, you will be able to reach the following points of interests within a few minutes by car, or slightly more if you want to use a bicycle:

• Go to the public beaches of the MIDI and try to claim a spot to stick you beach umbrella and lay down your towels (5 minutes away).

• Choose to visit the private beaches along the Croisette seafront so you don't have to carry all your beach gear. Or you can just take a stroll along the boulevard and go for a ride on the Carrousel or try to race some remote-controlled boats (8 to 9 minutes to get there)

• Walk though the cobblestones alleys in the medieval district of the Suquet, savor some red-snapper filet at Beija Fior's, then go get postcards and overpriced souvenirs for the family back home (5 minutes to get there).

• Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets (time may vary).

• You can also easily reach the town of Cannes La Bocca (5 minutes away), where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants, shopping opportunities, and more.

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 6 pm will be made via lock box, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box only (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)
