**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.

SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Jean de Riouffe, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

• Empty your bank account in the many upscale boutiques along the Rue d’Antibes. (30 seconds to get there, a little more to empty your bank account).

• Take your pick of delicious pastries, gourmet dishes, or exotic cocktails in some of the best eateries along the Rue Hoche. (3 minutes away.)

• Take a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront and enjoy the sea breeze (2 minutes to get there)

• Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a trade show. (2 minutes away.)

• Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets. (Timing is up to you and your legs.)

And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
