Let yourself be tempted by this apartment, perfectly fit for four people, where you can have breakfast like a King, on a terrace with a magnificent view of the sea (this also works if you want to have cocktails, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea...)

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

A nicely decorated setting, carefully selected by the owners themselves, to produce a "like-at-home" effect, instead of “like-at-the-hotel”.
A beautiful living room with a convertible sofa that can comfortably accommodate 2 people, a flat screen TV and a dining table that seats four (the table easily changes into an office desk by simply putting a laptop on it). There is direct access to the terrace.
A large separate kitchen with everything you need, including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all appliances, plus a kettle, a toaster, and absolutely everything else that can be found in a well-equipped kitchen (just imagine what a kitchen like that can do for you).
A bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet, and also access to the terrace.
And of course the terrace and its incredible sea view, with a table for 4 and patio furniture (or terrace furniture).
A full bathroom with toilets and everything else needed, including a bathtub.

Some highlights:

Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
Double-pane windows for maximum comfort.
High Speed Wifi Connection, because all you need is love and wifi…

And, as a bonus:

Sets of clean sheets are provided, one for each bed.
1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After just a few short steps down your street, the Croisette Boulevard, within less than two and a half minutes (unless you are crawling or walking on your hands…) you will be able to pick your favorite activity, including:

Reach the Bijou Plage to do a little dip in the sea or find a spot at an outdoor café to enjoy the catch of the day.
Go savor a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean's.
Change scenery and go get some sun on one of the park benches at the jardin des Hespérides.
Talk the whole family (or your friends, or the neighbors) into going to play "pétanque" on the place de l’Etang.

And in less than ten minutes by car:

Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès.
Take the train to an unknown (or not) destination.
Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets…

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).

Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und kann mit einem kleinen Aufzug gut erreicht werden. Wir hatten vom Balkon eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Bucht von Cannes. Da vor dem Haus eine Straße verläuft gibt es teilweise bis spät abends südländische ;-) Geräusche auf dem Balkon. Wir haben uns aber daran gewöhnt. Nachts war es allerdings recht ruhig, zudem dichten die Jalousien vor den Fenstern gut ab. Im Schlafzimmer hört man dann fast nichts mehr von draußen. Die Klimaanlage und das WLAN funktionierten gut. Es gibt ausreichend Schränke und Abstellmöglichkeiten. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist etwas durchgelegen, das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer ausgesprochen gut und bequem. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet, das Kochgeschirr schon etwas älter. Es gibt sehr viele Gläser und Teller, man muss nicht sofort spülen nach dem Essen. Zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung ist an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem würden wir dort wieder Urlaub machen. Die Nähe zum Strand- 80m nur und die tolle Aussicht haben uns sehr gefallen. In die Stadt sind es 2,5 km, die man bequem am Meer auf der Promenade laufen kann. Auf diesem Weg gibt es dann noch weitere sehr schöne Strände. Die Altstadt von Cannes ist schön und bietet viele gute Restaurants und Cafe´s.

The apartment was nice, clean and with a very good equiped kitchen. The terrace had a good size and a very nice view. The apartment had a very good location and was only a 20 minuts walk away from the city center of Cannes. The only minus was the queen size bed, the mattress had taken shape after beeing used for too long. We can recommend the apartment and Jérémy & Laurens are very good hosts.

We´d a great stay at the apartment, which has a fantastic view over bay of Cannes. The apartment is well equipped, clean and silent. The nicest place is the balcony. It only takes a few steps to the shore and promenade. The check-in was personally and perfectly organized. We highly recommend the location.

Tout était parfait. L’appartement correspond aux photos, la plage en face de l’appartement est magnifique. Serrendy a toujours été à l’écoute, flexible et serviable. Positive: la vue mer, la proximité de la mer. la literie est très bonne, services de Kikiloue au top ! Negative: canapé et fauteuils pas très confortables Dommage que les vitres n’étaient pas propres, néanmoins, la vue sur la mer était visible l’appartement aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement, l’aide ménagère devrait vérifier la vaisselle.

Serrendy , complimenti bella casa e ottima posizione

Positive: la nostra vacanza è andata molto bene, la posizione è fantastica ideale per chi ha bambini perchè è a due minuti dalla spiaggia. Si trova al terzo piano con ascensore, in una parte della città molto tranquilla con dei giardini che precedono la spiaggia puliti e curati. Nel viale alberato sotto casa il parcheggio è gratuito, purtroppo non è semplice trovare posto , comunque nelle vicinanze c'è un altro parcheggio sempre gratuito. La Croisette dista circa 20 minuti di passeggiata a piedi, meno se si hanno le biciclette. La vista dall'ampio terrazzo è deliziosa, si può cenare se il caldo lo consente. La camera da letto ed il soggiorno sono climatizzati, purtroppo la cucina no ed è un peccato perchè picchia il sole. Anche se la cucina è datata ne abbiamo apprezzato elettrodomestici nuovi e ampio frigorifero. Il personale che ci ha accolto è davvero gentile e competente, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio . L'unico aspetto da migliorare sono le pulizie, perchè dentro gli armadi e all'interno dei cassetti cucina, la pulizia lascia a desiderare, la persona che si occupa di queste mansioni deve essere più attenta e precisa . A parte questo aspetto, tutto il resto è di gradimento! Consigliamo certamente. Negative: pulizie al nostro arrivo. accessori e stoviglie cucina da aggiornare ed incrementare
