You're gonna love this apartment where the smell of vacation is always in the air. On the menu: some white, some red... and a lot of blue from the sky

Let yourself be tempted by this comfortable two-bedroom apartment where you will have the luxury of having your breakfasts (and your cocktails), peacefully seated on the terrace (toast, butter and jam not included).

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

A nicely decorated setting, carefully selected by the owners themselves, to produce a "like at home" effect instead of "like at the hotel."
A beautiful living room with a large bay window opening to the terrace, with a sofa bed, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.
A kitchen, open to the living room, with everything you need including of course a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) but also a bar counter with 6 high bar stools, all appliances plus a kettle, a toaster (toast, butter and jam still not included here).
And of course the beautiful terrace, with a dining table for 6 on the living room side, lounge chairs and a table for 4 on the bedrooms side.
A parental main bedroom with a queen size bed and a large closet. Access to the terrace from here too.
A second bedroom with two single beds, (ideal for children, teenagers or adults who like single beds). Access to the terrace also from here.
A large shower room with toilets, walk-in shower and more, including beautiful tiles to please the eyes.
Finally, in the entrance, separate toilets, but they don't mind being on their own.

Some highlights:

Secured access with cool alarm system.
Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
Double-pane windows for maximum comfort.
High Speed Wifi Connection, because all you need is love and wifi…

And, as a bonus:
- A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
- But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After just a few short steps down your street, the Avenue des Hespérides, within less than two and a half minutes (unless you are crawling or walking on your hands…) you will be able to pick your favorite activity, including:

Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to do a little dip in the sea or sip a drink at an outdoor café.
Go savor a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean's.
Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race remote-controlled boats.
Change scenery and go get some sun on one of the park benches at the jardin des Hespérides.
Talk the whole family (or friends) into going to play "pétanque" on the place de l’Etang.

And in less than ten minutes by car:

Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go to work if you are here for business.)
Take the train to an unknown (or not) destination.
Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets…

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.
Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).

And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except during our Netflix time, of course).

SUPER EMPLACEMENT.

Joli et confortable appartement mais bruyant... car mal isolé. Dommage car très bien équipé. Terrasse très grande et agréable. On reviendra malgré le bruit, avec des boules quies, et tout ira pour le mieux. Super bien placé, proche plage et centre ville.

We had a great time at Jeremy and Lauren's apartment. It is walking distance from La Croisette. Jeremy was very helpful and responded quickly. The apartment is clean and spacious - the terrace is lovely for having a drink in the sun. There was also a guide full of tips and restaurants to visit in Cannes. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cannes, you will love the big living room and view from the apartment (on the right you can see the ocean). Thank you!!

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement entsprach vollumfänglich unseren Vorstellungen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation schnell. Wir können diese Wohnung für Familien unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Neben zentralen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren der Strand und die Strandpromenade in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Wir hatten eine tolle und angenehme Zeit. Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich tolle Lage für Aktivitäten aller Art. Strand, City, Ausflüge... 😀 Die Ausstattung ist absolut vollständig. Es war alles da und es fehlte uns nichts. Perfekte Ausstattung auch für Leute, die gerne selber kochen. Die Terrasse ist riesig. Angenehm waren außerdem die Rolladen. Der Kontakt zu Jeremy und Lauren war perfekt. In Summe: Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistung-/Komfort-Erlebnis. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Отличный вариант для проживания и, вообще, базирования на Лазурном берегу. Тихий район. Хорошие пляжи в шаговой доступности. До вечернего променада 10 мин пешком. Есть подземный паркинг. В квартире все необходимые мелочи от стирального порошка до специй и кофе, кухонные принадлежности. Магазины, аптеки через дорогу. Однозначно вернулся бы

Ein tolles Appartement, mit optimaler Lage. Wenige Minuten zum Strand, Bushaltestelle und alle Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Straße und die Kreuzung sind stark befahrenen (auch nachts) wenn jemand Lärmempfindlich ist, der sollte das beachten. Leckere Baguettes können um die Ecke beim Bäcker geholt werden und abends wird vor dem Haus (auf dem Platz) eine Pizza, wie vom Italiener, verkauft. Vormittags ist dort ein Gemüsemarkt. Abends kann man entspannt mit dem Bus von der Stadt zurück fahren (falls der Rückweg zu lang erscheint) und direkt vor dem Haus aussteigen (1,50 €/Fahrt/Person), die Kinder waren einfach begeistert.

Превосходные люди, не смотря на то что мы приехали очень поздно ночью, встретили, совершенно спокойно и гостеприимно приняли. Хочу выразить огромное спасибо. Sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Obwohl wir Mittelmacht angekommen sind, in alle Ruhe würde uns Schlüssen übergeben. Die Wohnung ist optimal und es fehlt nichts was man braucht. Ich möchte mich recht herzlich bedanken! Gruss aus der Schweiz.

We stayed in October 2019. The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures. Kitchen: all appliances are functional and in store. Bedrooms: comfortable beds Bathrooms: need little wall paint. There are 3 great beach chairs and we also left beach umbrella in the apartment. So you will be all set for the beach! Area around is nice and very green. Mostly apartment buildings. Bus stop to go to the center is 1min away from the apartment. It goes every 15 min, price is 1,5 euro. The closest big supermarket carrefour city is 10 min away by foot - on the other side of the railroad. The railroad is close but you won’t hear it. Note: if you have sensative sleep you may find the apartment little noisy. The windows of both bedrooms face the street. We slept with windows closed. I loved the 4 am garbage truck:)
