Want a taste of the Cannes Dolce Vita? This loft-inspired haven awaits you and your loved ones, offering a taste of luxury living. Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy the following:

A beautiful living room, with a cozy/comfy sofa, a coffee table and a smart TV, which opens out to the grand sun-drenched terrace.
Stepping out, the terrace features a dining table that sits 6 people, and sunbathing lounge chairs to relax and get away from the rat race in style.
Back inside, you will be able to prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-equipped kitchen, or just make great coffee in the trendy Nespresso coffee machine.
For the night, head to the main bedroom suite which includes a queen size bed and its own private shower room with toilets.
Or pick the second bedroom, with a 160cm queen size bed as well (the small bed shown on the pictures is not counted as a bed, it is used as a couch only).
A second separate shower room with toilets completes the apartment floor plan.

IMPORTANT

Day or night parties are strictly prohibited: this is a very quiet residential property, please be respectful of your neighbors.
Pets are not allowed, expect for very small size and only upon prior approval. Please ASK FIRST.
Smokers are invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.**

Complete bedding included for each bed, as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towels per person (sorry, adjustable sizes are not available). Extra linen is available upon request (72 hours in advance) and for an additional fee.
A care pack is included upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

SOME GEOGRAPHY, SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:

After a few steps down the street, the Rue Ricord Laty, you'll be able to pick your favorite activity within a short walk, such as (among many others):

Head to the beach of Mouré Rouge for some skinny dipping, or just to relax at a cafe terrace and enjoy a cocktail or a sundae (any day, not just on Sunday).

Fancy a taste of a specialty pizza at Jean-Jean's (the small food truck on the plaza nearby)

Go for a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote controlled boats.

And if you want to go for a drive, within 7 minutes you can:

Climb the steps of the Palais des Festivals and imagine you are a movie star while taking selfies from every angle (don't worry, everyone does that). Or just go to work if you are here for a convention or trade show.

Board a train at the station, to take a ride along the coastal Riviera (or go to Italy...)

For the bravest (and those with the best legs), use your imagination to explore the whole center of town, but only using the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets (you might end up where you started).

And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you in any way during your stay.

!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.)
IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for arrivals outside our office business hours (please check with us as our regular business hours vary depending on the season). Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
