THE APARTMENT
The main living room, large and very bright with large bay windows, is divided into three functional areas:
- A lounge space, for relaxing in front of the large smart TV.
- A dining area that accommodates 4 people.
- A kitchen with central island and everything you will need during your stay.
This room extends outdoors directly to a long terrace of around forty square meters, facing west to the Estérel Bay, offering you every evening the opportunity to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the French Riviera…
The plush master suite, just as bright as the living space, will offer you quality king size bedding, a smart TV, power curtains, a large dressing room as well as a shower room with double sink and toilets.
The junior suite, more modest but just as comfortable, features the same equipment as the master suite: smart TV, king size bed, cupboard/wardrobe and shower room with toilets.
You will also appreciate the small laundry area set up in the hallway, soundproofed, and including washing machine and dryer, as well as additional separate toilets for your guests.
WHAT'S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Ideally located right next to the prestigious Martinez Hotel, this apartment will allow you to enjoy all the Croisette amenities within a short walking distance (bakery, tobacconist, small grocery store, etc.), while sheltering you from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and the city center.
From the apartment, you can still access the center of Cannes and all its restaurants, cafes and shops in less than ten minutes on foot.
The Palais des Festivals will be accessible in less than fifteen minutes and the historic Suquet district in less than twenty.
MUST-SEE PLACES:
A stone's throw from the apartment, lovers of Lebanese cuisine will appreciate the “Al Charq” restaurant, one of the most popular Lebanese restaurants in the city, and for those who enjoy livelier places, the “Speakeasy”, the “ 77 Croisette” or at “Vesuvio” are must-try places.
The most prestigious establishments in the Pointe Croisette district will also be accessible to you in less than ten minutes on foot: “L’écrin”, its unique heavenly setting offering an intimate atmosphere and gastronomic cuisine, is literally nestled at the secluded end of the Pointe Croisette peninsula…
“Le Baoli”, a renowned open-air night establishment, is also a must-try in the neighborhood, for enjoying fine food or late evening cocktails.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
