PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Upon entering, you will find a bright living space. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (140x180 cm), a smart TV, and a small side table that can serve as a dining area.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy indoors or on the terrace.
The bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a television. It also has direct access to the terrace, where you can admire the stunning view of the sea, the pool, and the residence’s park.
The bathroom includes a vanity sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet.
Within the Residence:
Access via the coastal road is secured with a gate, a guard, and a reception, reserved exclusively for residents. The residence is located on a hill facing the sea.
Another entrance is available from the upper part of the residence, allowing direct access to your private parking space. From there, just a few steps lead down to the building.
The residence's park offers everything needed for a perfect vacation: a large swimming pool, tennis courts, ping-pong tables, a pétanque court, and direct access to a small beach.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: about 25 minutes by car via the A8 motorway, exit Antibes, then head towards Golfe-Juan on the National Road 7. (Be sure to check your GPS to confirm the address is by the sea, as an identical address exists in the upper town.)
From Golfe-Juan Train Station: 3 minutes by car via the National Road 7.
From Cannes Train Station: 10 minutes by car.
By Bus (Line 200): The stop is right in front of the residence (at the park entrance). From there, expect a 5-minute walk uphill to reach the building.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
