PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Your experience begins as the private elevator opens directly onto the third and top floor.
From the entrance, you are welcomed by a luminous living space, opening onto the sea. The living room features a leather sofa, a large-screen TV, and a dining table for four.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen extends the living area and leads to a glass conservatory—perfect as a breakfast nook or relaxation space—which opens onto the private garden.
This thoughtfully arranged outdoor space includes a swimming pool, sun loungers, a garden lounge, and an alfresco dining area shaded by palm trees.
From the main terrace adjoining the living room, a staircase leads to an exceptional rooftop. This elevated space offers panoramic views of the sea, the Lérins Islands, and the rooftops of Cannes. It is furnished with a lounge area, sunbeds, and a daybed for ultimate relaxation.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
