PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The living room is divided into two spaces:

A comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV
A lovely American-style kitchen with an island and dining area for 6 people (including a dishwasher)

The first bedroom features two single beds, a desk area, and storage. Additionally, it offers direct access to the balcony and has a private shower room (including a WC).

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 cm) and storage. It also provides access to the balcony.

A shower room with an Italian shower and WC completes the space.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps on your street, Rue Molière, you can choose to:

Stroll along the Croisette (5 min)
Reach the Palais des Festivals (10 min)
Shop on Rue d’Antibes (1 min)

Parking is paid on the surrounding streets.
Bed linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dishcloths…)
Daily essentials available upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service available throughout your stay.
Check-out is until 11 am, and check-in is from 4 pm (flexible according to our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will gladly accommodate whenever possible).
Arrivals can be in person until 10 pm in winter and 11 pm in summer. Beyond these hours, arrivals are only possible via a key box. All key boxes are located at the front of our premises, 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will need to be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
