   Was it enjoyable? Yes, because of the apartment’s proximity to the centre of town (roughly a 10/15 minute walk at a leisurely pace) What about the apartment? Was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our time in Cannes very much. The services - what to expect on arrival. Serrendy have a concierge service you can use, however once you have booked with them (restaurants / clubs…etc) make sure you have booked what you want because they will not change your bookings once you have made them, for instance you booked dinner at baoli and decided the night before your booking you want to go somewhere else instead they will tell you “sorry we will not be able to make last minute changes” Having said that you may ask them for - concierge with limits. Their opinions on restaurants? tell them what you want and they will come back with suggestions. Do not expect someone to greet you on arrival. You will be sent a PDF on your what’s app with instructions of what to do when you arrive. You will be directed to a building (their offices) to collect the apartment keys from a locker after which your taxi will take you to your apartment. Be sure to to ask for specific directions to the actual apartment in the building as the apartment doors are not numbered. Do not book if you have someone with back problems knee problems or in a wheelchair. There is no elevator. Two sets of stairs, one set before entering the building and the second set are to the first floor where the apartment is located and it’s a small walk from the main road to the apartment building (have to cut through the parking lot). Also do not book if you have a baby, no space in either room for a cot. However the sitting area does have plenary of room and I believe the sofa turns into a bed. Bring towels with you because any extra towels you ask for you will be charged for. Bring water (only one bottle in the fridge on arrival) bring some food (bread cheese, sugar, crisps…etc) for late arrivals (at night) as there is nothing at the apartment. We arrived at night after restaurants had placed last orders and supermarkets had closed, and there was nothing but water in the fridge (four people one bottle of water - you do the math). You could ask for something to be prepared for you but this at a cost and not complimentary. Or maybe we just had high expectations for the amount we paid for the nights we stayed (5 nights n six days) perhaps we expected more 🤷🏽‍♀️ The beds are small and tight for two in both bedrooms but expected for the space. The showers however were great - power showers and yes, there were some amenities in the bathrooms again not enough for four people but okay. We asked for late checkout but weren’t able to stay as there were guests coming in after us, however, this option is available. So in conclusion, it was a nice stay the place was clean and the showers were great. The location was good (if you don’t mind walking). Thank you to the serrendy team and good luck.

   De aanrader!

   Positive: Schitterende locatie en prachtig nieuw appartement dicht bij haven. Twee mooie kamers met elk een badkamer.Alles was nieuw en niets ontbrak. Zeer rustig en op 20 min van het festival. Gewoon top! Negative: Niets

    Eine Woche Côte d'Azur

    Positive: Ideale Lage, wenn man sehr nahe am Strand sein möchte. Grosszügiger Wohnraum mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Ruhige Gegend, da es am Abend und nachts kaum Autos auf der Strasse vor dem Appartement gibt. Negative: Leider hat es viel zu wenig Parkplätze beim Appartement. Wir mussten das Auto fast jeden Tag an der Strasse auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen abstellen. Alternativ stand ein Parkhaus in der Nähe (ca. 5 Minuten zu fuss) zur Verfügung.
